“Been here a couple of times and let me tell you guys that I have never been let down. The food is always amazing! The fish and other ingredients are very high quality and always taste so fresh. The owner, Chef Ruben, is highly skilled at what he does and offers the best customer service ever! Every time I come, I always feel welcomed as a long time friend. If you're ever in the area or need a quick pick-up, I would highly recommend this place. Being completely honest, I think I prefer this spot over an actually restaurant, it's so yummy!“

“It is all about their teriyaki chicken here. Sarku is a chain food court restaurant, but they're not very common. If you have never had a free extra helping of that sauce on top of your chicken and rice, you have not yet lived. If you don't order chicken, rice, and veggies, then you needlessly hold up the line. Stick to the good stuff.“

“Dining at Aki Sushi. I had a fantastic experience at Aki Sushi with my wife. We started with steamed dumplings, which were delightful. My wife had the tonkatsu ramen, a dish bursting with fresh flavors, along with the melt-in-your-mouth wagyu sashimi. I tried the smoked brisket ramen, a unique and delicious dish, and unagi with foie gras sushi wow !!! is all I have to say about that one. We also enjoyed a salmon skin roll, one of my favorites. The service was outstanding, with attentive staff ensuring a memorable meal. Aki Sushi stands out with their fresh wasabi ground tableside and fresh, never-frozen bluefin tuna. Highly recommend for anyone who loves sushi and ramen!“

“My husband and I had lunch there today. The food was fresh and made to order. best selection of Japanese items on an all-you-can-eat menu. Pricing was great and waitresses were very friendly.“

Leonard he was amazing! Super fast and made sure everything was perfect, even checked up on us to make sure everything was good. The food was so good everything tasted perfect. Drinks were super good too. I highly recommend this spot and definitely ask for Leonard if you can. Great vibes all around I’m from Memphis and I will definitely be coming back“

“Yoshi is my family and I’s go to spot whenever we’re craving sushi. The owners are extreamly generous and the atmosphere of the restaurant is warm and welcoming. Their menu has a wide variety of options and their sushi is incredibly fresh and delicious!“

“This is grocery store sushi and to me, is a category on its own, and should not be compared to restaurant quality sushi. With that said, this place is so accommodating when I want a custom roll made. Always fresh. Won't get it any where else.“

“Went here for my oldest daughters birthday. As soon as we walked twords the hibachi my youngest with special needs panicked at the sounds and I’m assuming remembered the fire from last time. I had to sit off to the side where Vivian was so kind to me bringing me a menu so I could still pick out my food. My daughter was so worked up she was talking very loud and everyone was so kind to her, talking to her and giving her high fives! I asked for ice cream to try and calm her down and get her to sit down with our family and they were so quick to get it and bring it out. I realized she wasn’t going to go for it to which the staff seated me and my daughter off to the side where we could still eat. All of the waitress kept coming by checking on us and chatting with my daughter. As a special needs mom I worry about this kind of thing happening and how people would react. It completely warmed my heart to have the whole staff of the restaurant be so kind and accommodating!“

“Pretty spacious sushi spot. They have so many choices and other entrees. The prices are fair too. Quality is up to par with other mid sushi places. They have a lunch special which I did get to partake in due to the time.

I got the takumi it was interesting with the roe on top of the rolls. I feel like it was a little too much as I took a bite some of it would just fall off. However, it does make it look nice.

I also got the Louisiana roll. I didn’t feel like it was anything special. No flavors jumped out to me.

I was the only one there so the service was fine. I went at 3pm just passed the cut off of the lunch special time.“
