“@redlightcoffeeroasters in Galveston, TX 🚨 Located on Market St. near where the cruise ships come in and out of port, it has easy access via a door at the top of the steps. 🚨 I fell in love with the vibe as soon as i walked in.. ALL of the island/port/industrial vibes are there from the pipe/edison bulb fixtures to the numerous thriving plants. 🚨I ordered my usual “hi! Ive never been here before, so will you please surprise me? I drink decaf, iced beverages, with non-dairy creamer.. i have no allergies and i love everything!” (Believe it or not i can tell if im going to get a good drink or not based on the barista’s reaction to this order—and i KNEW i would get a good one here.. its something about the way their eyes light up with excitement when you give them the creative freedom to make you something so delicious that you want to return for another coffee the next day). 🚨 I ended up with an iced down cup full of decaffeinated oatmilk goodness… with just the right amount of ice. Not so much that it was watered down by the end, but not so little that the last sip was hot either. Just the right amount of sweetness (which for me is in the middle).. literally the PERFECT cup of coffee… 🚨 10/10 you gotta come down here if you’re in Galveston! “We love to watch the taffy being made and make sure to visit on every trip. Today we purchased several filled milk chocolates and a pecan cluster with white chocolate. This is always a favorite past time. I have been bringing the kids here since they were little and we love to bring family to visit. We look forward to many more visits in the future. We would love to try the fountain sodas and ice cream next time!“

“We have been a few times and it has always been fantastic. This past weekend we had my husband’s 50th birthday on the rooftop. We had a pretty large group but had met ahead of time to discuss set up, food and all the details. It turned out perfect. The staff was amazing. The drinks were great, food delicious and the vibe was perfect. We stayed there so we experienced The Fancy restaurant, downstairs bar, pool and rooftop and it couldn’t have been a better weekend. The rooms were so cold and smelled so good (2 very important factors for me when traveling). The rooms are quaint and they have mastered upscale, boutique but with a laid back vibe. We had several friends get rooms as well so they wouldn’t have to drive home late and everyone had an amazing experience. Highly recommend!! It’s an hour drive for us but I can tell you we will be back for happy hour and food.“

“Great experience this am as I ordered my usual Pikes but when it tasted weak and I mentioned to staff they immediately potted new and got me the sought after strength. Both Lloyd and Ric watch over the quality of the product and Kroger’s-Starbucks at Seawall is in Kroger’s -should be proud they are on the team.“

“The coffee was very good, just like I ordered it. It is easiest to park next door to the north. The parking lot gets full very easy. There is plenty of room to set down inside and work. There are charging spots at each location. You can even set at the end of the counter where the drinks come out at. The bathrooms do not require a code to get in.

“Had a wonderful experience at MarMo during a pub crawl yesterday. It really shows when a bar truly prepares for an event like this. Even with the large influx of people, the staff were so friendly and attentive, working extra hard to minimize that wait time at the bar. This was hospitality to its core. It was such a cool vibe. And that hummus was magical. Will definitely be back!“
