“Hear me out, I know this is a Pho place and yes the Pho is amazing but the coffee was incredible. I can drink a 300mg of caffeine bang and feel literally nothing. The coffee here was so strong it actually blew me away. It was also delicious. 10/10“

“Nice, authentic Vietnamese food for good pricing with good portions. We got: grilled pork broken rice, grilled pork vermicelli, and bun bo hue.
The bun bo hue was spicy, deep flavored broth with pork blood cubes which some places aren't giving anymore.
The grilled pork for the vermicelli and broken rice was made well, not too hard and seasoned nicely.
The egg roll was crispy but I wouldn't say it's the best I've had.
Great place to come back for bun bo hue which they're definitely much more well known for.“

“The best vibe! Local and quaint .. excellent food and our server knew just how to guide us through our impromptu decision to let him select a tasting menu. Wine list is easy going -- no grand crus here but a short by the glass list served us well. We will be back soon !“

“Let me start of by saying: local Dallas residents really should know how lucky they are to have place like Ngon nearby. I was in recently on business and made my pilgrimage to Noon (an absolute must if you're in the area). Everything we ordered was fantastic. As we were leaving I noticed a radiant woman speaking to some just-seated patrons. I had a feeling... As we were walking out I asked if she was responsible for the food. Beaming, she said: :yes I made everything. I created the menu. This is my restaurant!". I told her that we enjoyed our meal profoundly and that we never come to Dallas without visiting her restaurant. I can't explain, but this lady had the sweetest smile and essentially a magical energy. I would be in weekly if I lived nearer. For the food of course, but also for the vibes. This woman is special and her gift to the culinary world is a superb experience. She deserves the highest of praises. Don't miss this place!“

“I ordered the Vegan Harvest Ramen and the impossible dumplings. Everything was really good, though, I’ve realized I’m just not a big fan of impossible meat. My mom (non veg) also ordered the vegan harvest and enjoyed it just as much as I did. Updated from previous review on 2024-11-16“

“I am so glad I found this place! It is right around the corner from my mom's house so I now make it a point to get dinner from there when I visit Dallas. They have never made a mistake on my orders, and the food is so good!! The portions are large and the prices are reasonable. Don't go here for the ambience or you'll probably be disappointed, but if you want super yummy Thai food & pleasant staff, you'll be more than satisfied.“

“From first entering service was very nice and helpful. I got the popcorn chicken combo and a thai tea smoothie…food was not short of exceptional. The rice was perfectly cooked and seasoned. “We tried this place for the first time tonight. It's tucked in the corner of a strip mall, and can be a little hard to find. So glad we did! The noodles are made on-site and are absolutely fresh and delicious. It reminded me of some of the best noodle shops I tried in China. You order on your phone, or they have a self-serve area where you can choose all your ingredients and they will make the rest of the dish for you using what you've chosen. The service was very friendly! There is a lot of good authentic Chinese cuisine in Plano, and I would definitely recommend giving this place a try. We will definitely be back!“

But a basic bowl of pho will cost you only $10 here, served within a minute of ordering and with the best broth in town.
