“My family has been coming to this bakery for 30+ years . Service , quality and cleanliness is always top notch . It’s our yearly tradition to get a Rosca to share with our family and not it never disappoints. Always fresh and delicious. Definitely the best pan dulce and Roscas in the DFW area !“

“I come regularly on vacation to Dallas and I come to this bakery, I always had friendly treatment, they always gave me my senior discount, I am 69, they always treated me very well even on the phone, today the lady who helped me named Esmeralda did not want me make the discount and also laughed at my argument and my complaint about a previous takeout order that was not good, I would give it 5 stars for the attention they had always given me, but I am disappointed, once again the Latinas treating the women badly Latinas and makes the business look bad. Therefore, everything I always order to take back home, pozole, bolillo and sweet bread, I no longer buy, surely this person doesn't care about one more purchase or one less purchase, but the prestige of the bakery? The treatment of customers is AS important as the quality of the product.“
“It’s great people and the loaded told me my paperwork would be ready @10am but he can load me now which I agree to it. My appointment was 1pm but get loaded by 8:30am and hand me my paperwork @10am. It’s supper good place to load this place.“
“Good place to pick up a load of product as a driver, you get free samples of fresh items coming right off of the assembly line! Don’t expect them to be in a hurry to get you loaded though, unless Jorge is there, he’s the only one that really gets things done on time!“

“Great cookie flavors. Customer service is spot on with a smile at curbside. Curbside service may be a bit better than inside 🙃This location is often very busy. I’ve never had trouble getting a flavor that our family selected. I love chocolate chip cookies, but I will say that Crumbl has an underwhelming traditional chocolate chip cookie. Save your choices for something else.“
