🌭 Kolache-Inspired Rolls — 2/5 ⭐️⭐️
Love the concept (all-beef gets bonus points 👏), but the execution missed. The bread-to-meat ratio was off — too much bread, not enough filling.
👉 Fix: slice that hot dog in half so it actually fills the roll + add a sauce or seasoning to give it personality.

☕️ Lavender Latte — 3/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Good coffee overall, but the lavender flavor didn’t really show up.
👉 Needed just a bit more lavender to balance it out — right now it plays it too safe.

Listen… I don’t even like feta. And THIS? 🔥
Super balanced, not overpowering, and somehow still gives you that perfect cheesy flavor without being too strong. Easily one of the best things I tried.

🥤 Limited-Time Iced Coffee — 4.5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✨
I wish I remembered the name 😅 but you’ll know it when you see it.
Not overly sweet, smooth, and you can actually taste the coffee (huge win).
Only reason it’s not a 5? It’s limited 😭 go grab it while you can.

🍩 Chocolate Cream Donut — 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Perfectly filled, soft but holds its structure (yes, I cut it open to check 👀).
Chocolate isn’t overpowering — just right. This one’s a must.

🍎 Caramel Apple Puff — 4/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Texture? Perfect. Filling? Solid.
Flavor? Almost there… just needed a little something extra — maybe a touch of cinnamon or paired with ice cream 👀

These folks are super nice every time and I arrived after hours so that’s a plus for me. A Must try if you’re around Colleyville.“

“First time at this location. I like the cozy dining area and look forward sitting outside once the temperature goes down. I had a matcha latte with a chocolate chip strawberry pastry and a filled chocolate donut. I really liked the strawberry pastry. The donut and matcha were too sweet for me. I asked for a cup of water and that helped. I will definitely come back to try other pastries and drinks.“

Today, i had the options of brownie & blondie, with more stock in the back. Yummy, with a crisp exterior and denser chewy inside, just the way i like it! I also appreciate the different seating arrangements (good for family, chatting, workspace), fun and elegant decor, cleanliness of the bathroom, and inclusion of a student entrepreneur at their birthday celebration. A community contributor and carer, as evidenced by their bulletin board and things they unobtrusively sell besides food.“

“I had such a great experience at Crumbl Cookies! The cookies were fresh and seriously some of the best I’ve had. The flavors tasted amazing. What really made the visit stand out though was the blonde girl working there. She was super friendly, patient, and had such a positive attitude. She made the whole experience feel welcoming and fun, and you can tell she really cares about customers. Definitely coming back!“

“I have driven to the Hulen St. Unrefined location for 4 years to order my nephews’s special corn and gluten free vanilla cake with strawberry frosting for his birthday. My sister told me Cookies, Crust and Crumb bakery was now owned by Unrefined and it was in Hurst and much closer for me. Ordering was a breeze and the cake was the best one we’ve had. They said they quoted me a much lower price than normal and would honor that price. I wear hearing aids so didn’t hear the price quoted and told her I was prepared to pay the correct price and she insisted I should only pay what she quoted. I was very pleased with the service and the cake got rave reviews from all who ate it even our server at our restaurant celebration raved about the cake. We should have picked up cards from the bakery to hand out! Great experience all around. Highly recommend.“

Taste: macarons shell and fillings perfect balance, very sweet not too over powering, I did noticed in reviews others mentioned being too sweet, depends on the person of sweet sensitivity.

Presentation: very cute and don’t mind the sprinkles, adds more personal flare

“I finally gave into the hype and went here to try the Dubai brownie. My local spot was insanely crazy busy so I went Here to try this place out since it was nearby my work. Dude. I am so glad that I did. Yes it was busy but not that bad. The girl behind the counter was Uber sweet and helpful. Her name is Angel. I got her name to give her a shout out. Lol, The people were demanding and insane for this brownie, and I seriously could not have kept my cool the way her and the blonde guy that was the manager did! Super shout out to the manager there he was doing a knockout job. I just didn’t catch his name. Blonde hair with lots of tattoos, kinda can’t miss him….The brownie was knocked out delicious and the other cookies I got were just as good. The items were arranged neatly and labeled. Someone told me about the donut shop so I thought I'd give it a shot. I'm satisfied with that decision. “The Black Rose Donut cafe is more than a donut shop. They are open all day and serve burgers, fries, wings, and more. Not only is the food excellent, it is prices way below other places. I have easily paid more than twice as much for food of less quality.
