“First time customer. Arrived about 25 minutes before closing on a Monday night. The place was empty with only 4 -5 dinners but I know it's normally pretty crowded. Wanted a to go order. Ordered to Double Cheese Burger and a small order of fries. Both were excellent when I reached home. While there the lady behind the bar that took my order was polite. A gentleman (Mgr. Possibly) stopped by while I was waiting and asked if I liked baseball. He waited to talk about the Ranges. He was polite and Texas Frindly. Lots of TVs with easy viewing. Impressive lineup of draft beer

“Chapps is becoming one of my favorite burger places. My coworkers introduced me to it and I kept going back for more lol. The burgers are really good, they’re too big for me to finish all of it now, but still worth it to me. You can tell they use real beef and simple, but fresh ingredients to get that fresh homemade taste. The Cajun fries and ranch are also really good. I like a good ranch.“

“I walked in last week and Caleb was amazing. His positivity was over the top. It gave me chills. I smiled at his co worker as if to ask, what's going on? The co worker explained, we've just experienced racism. It didn't faze Caleb negatively, it obviously determined him to be even more positive. It was beautiful to witness. “I always enjoy eating a good burger at Five Guy's!! I either get a single or double hamburger, grilled onions, extra pickle, tomatoes with ketchup & mustard all wrapped in lettuce with either regular or seasoned fries. It was so good!!! I'm strictly gluten-free and sometimes it's harder to find places with gluten-free options. Hubby got his usually which was a double cheeseburger, regular fries and a drink. He enjoyed his lunch as well. Here you can either get it on a bed of lettuce or a lettuce wrap. I added a strawberry shake which was good as well!!. Customer service is always great, you get your food in a timely manner all in a very clean restaurant.

“I retired last July after 30yrs as a LEO in Grand Prairie. Chapps has been there since I started to work in GP.
The burger are absolutely amazing. They offer burgers, chicken sandwiches, Philly cheese steak, and more. Champs has about 12 tables and is always busy. The staff members are always friendly and the food worth the extra $.“

“Small convenience store with a short order grill. The customer service was very friendly and they made our lunch to order: a cheeseburger combo and a Mexican hamburger combo - both were excellent! We've been driving by for 20 years and finally made this a destination; so regrettable that we have not gone sooner. We will definitely return for our next burger fix.“

“Atmosphere was good location as well . However some of the kiosk was not working properly which made us have to go to the counter which there was one person working it . We got shakes the kids said they were good. Lemon pepper wings way too much seasoning we all agreed we only ate 2 threw the rest in trash . Might try the pizza next time around . Suggestion might be call out numbers instead of names . Mine was pronounced wrong which made me look around to make sure it was mine . Overall I think it’s a nice place.“
