15 Best Burger Restaurants in Grand Prairie

“I personally have NEVER seen such great customer service like I saw today at this Burger King or ANY fast food restaurant. Immediately walking in the restaurant I was greeted by Ivan (not even knowing at this point that he was the Manager). I was sitting waiting for my order (had not been more than a couple of minutes) when he walked in the dining area to take an order outside and he acknowledged me again and said “ We’re working on your order, it’s almost ready “. My order was ready a few minutes later and as I was leaving I heard one of the employees in the kitchen tell him that she had forgotten to put the fries in the order he had just taken out, so he runs outside and tries to flag the driver down and they didn’t even notice him but they were driving across a VERY busy intersection to a gas station and Ivan ran across the busy intersection to give them their fries. WHO DOES THAT!!! Good people like that are hard to come by. I guarantee my family will continue to go to THIS Burger King from now on because I know we’ll be taken care of. When you have a Manager like him you know he’s a good role model for his team. Keep up the good work Ivan. Burger King on great Southwest in Grand Prairie.“

“Best burger in the DFW. Toasted Poppy seed bun keeps the burger together and not slidin’ all over the place. My favorite is ‘The Works’ with a generous amount of saddle burn hot sauce. This is definitely all gas no breaks!
If you don’t think this is the best burger, argue with your sister!

“1st time review.... Upon arriving at Chapps Burger, I noticed the place was quite spacious, giving off an impression of being a bustling spot. I decided to try their Turkey Burger with onion rings, accompanied by a side of ranch dressing. The burger was well-toasted, and I truly appreciated how the onions and cheese melded together beautifully. That fresh tomato added a nice touch. The generous trays they provide are great for keeping your eating area organized, which I found helpful.

I also picked up two pies: a buttermilk and a cream cheese pecan. Both desserts were satisfying, and the drinks complemented the meal well. As for cleanliness, I'd give them a 4.5 out of 5. There were a few areas that could have used a bit more attention, but overall, it wasn't a deal-breaker. The wait time was reasonable, and my wife had a pleasant experience using the facilities – no issues there.

Initially, I would've rated them a solid 4.5, but seeing how the staff consistently cleaned and maintained the environment as i sat eating, bumped my rating up to a 4.8 out of 5. Overall, Chapps Burger is a worthy spot for a quick bite. Salute to Chapps Burgers! ?“

“First time trying Five Guys, and yeah, it’s a bit pricier than your usual burger joint, but it’s worth it! The burger was fresh, the meat juicy, and just an all-around solid burger. For the fries, I got the “little” size, which turned out to be more than enough for one person – they really load you up! The fries were perfectly salted and fresh, and honestly, I was surprised by how tasty they were since I’d heard mixed reviews.

Overall, I definitely recommend checking this place out! I’ll be ordering from here again. Here’s what I got:

• Bacon Cheeseburger (mayo, onion, lettuce, pickle, green pepper, bacon)
• Little Fry
• Bottle of Coke

“One of the best veggie burgers I've had and with all the options it was superb.

The restaurant was clean and overall inviting however the counter staff was disconnected from their task and offered minimum support in my order (maybe the yound lady had a hard day or is affiliated with the owner).

“I am not an IHOP fan.. but this location was the cleanest and most weak kept location. The food was delicious and hot. Every plate that came out was presented so well. Even with a little staff. Natalie the manager was so polite and kind. The holiday weekend didn’t put a dent in the service. Was very impressed. Great service and great food.“

“It is a bit pricey since they don't offer combo deals. However I had the Shake Stack and it was really good. It was served to me really quickly andI got it to go. It was made so hot and fresh that when I ate it after getting back to work down the road it was still really hot. The mushroom stuffed with cheese is amazing. This place seems to have a bunch of negative reviews but I don't see any problem. I will gladly be back.“

“Small convenience store with a short order grill. The customer service was very friendly and they made our lunch to order: a cheeseburger combo and a Mexican hamburger combo - both were excellent! We've been driving by for 20 years and finally made this a destination; so regrettable that we have not gone sooner. We will definitely return for our next burger fix.“
