“Andy's is the BEST custard I have ever had. It beats Culver's by miles! Very creamy. I love the concretes! We come to Andy's in Frisco every time we come for a doctor's visit. Drove to the Bartonville location b/c it said "new". Well it was not open! It's coming soon!!“

“Great cookie flavors. Customer service is spot on with a smile at curbside. Curbside service may be a bit better than inside 🙃This location is often very busy. I’ve never had trouble getting a flavor that our family selected. I love chocolate chip cookies, but I will say that Crumbl has an underwhelming traditional chocolate chip cookie. Save your choices for something else.“

“I came in to order paletas for our warehouse and they had no problem setting aside 150 paletas for me, and they even provided dry ice to keep them from melting in this well over 100 degree heat. These people rock! I will make sure to seek them out again for paletas, they were soon good!“

“I'm not sure why the last time I was there, I had to pay for my ice cream at one register and pay for my milk at a different register??? The assistant manager on duty refused to let me pay for my items together. I've always paid for everything at one time.“

“Found this Gem after eating dinner with my family. My bf got the chocolate flan and I ordered the strawberry cream 🤤. We never had either before and we don't regret it. Angie was really nice and inviting. My bf and I will definitely go back next time we are in town.“

“Excellent service and the ice cream is the richest, the corn on the cob is very rich. I would have given it 5 stars but I didn't because I go 2 times, a lady who has been working there for a long time, speaks very ugly to the other girls who also work there. I do not agree with the mistreatment of workers and more if they are all co-workers.“

“Ice cream flavors are creative. My favorite was honestly the Pandan flavor and was devastated that they no longer had it available. I haven’t been back since they got rid of the flavor, but their Earl grey with orange marmalade is delicious too. Other than the pandan being out, my only other complaint is that they refer to their Ube ice cream as taro, but ube and taro are different?“
