“Came in during a lunch rush at 4pm and the lady with the light blue shirt bagging orders didn't have a name tag so I didn't get a name. Her service was amazing and I would just like to say thank you. She ran the driver thru orders and lobby orders very efficiently and I walked back up to the counter with some fries that were stale and before even telling someone about the issue she already came up to me with a new fry. That's amazing service. I am guessing she is a manager I just wish I had got her name. She is what makes mcdonalds great. Please recognize her in some way. She was running the shift today I believe at 4pm.“
“I like the kiosk to order my food and pay for it right there. I literally got my food before the 3 people that were in line when I walked in. Maybe 3 minutes after I got in, I got my 2 egg mcmuffins coffee, hashbrown.
Parking: Cars and class B trucks only. Looks too tight for a bus or large camper.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for wheelchairs.“
“I've gone to different locations and this is the best one of them all, food is really good and the service is amazing because I've been in the mornings, in the afternoons and evenings and all staff have great customer service. All of you are the best! I appreciate you, thank you! 😊“
“It's January 28 , 2025 when posting this review I love this McDonald's by couple things urst of all tway faster than the ones in Oakcliff by I-30 as well than the one in Irving by I-83. Also cheaper as well by couple cents might not be a big deal to many but to some it is. I never had a issue with the if any maybe waiting time but not big deal cause if there mostly packed all the time but I guaranteed it's 1/4 if waitng time than the other McDonald's mentioned above . I definitely recommend this McDonald's to anyone nearby or decidingg where to go choose GradPrairies McDonald's the one for you .“
“Man this Mcds stands out from the rest in the area for sure. The food is always hot, place is always kept really clean and by far the Hispanic manager has some serious customer service skills. I came in as he was setting the gate to close and he still let me in and handled my order personally. Didn't catch his name but ill be back soon. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“
“I stopped by this McDonald’s for a quick restroom break and was pleasantly surprised by how spotless the restroom was! It was clear that the staff takes pride in keeping the space clean and well-maintained. Everything was stocked, and it smelled fresh. Definitely one of the cleanest fast food restrooms I’ve ever used—thank you for the great experience!“
