Wendy's is a popular fast-food restaurant known for its Biggie Bag meal deals and variety of drink options. While some customers have experienced issues with order accuracy and food quality, others praise the reasonable prices and discounts available through the restaurant's app. Despite occasional mishaps, Wendy's remains a go-to choice for those seeking a quick and affordable meal.
The restaurant's Krabby Patty meal has received high praise, with one customer describing it as "visually pleasing (commercial worthy)" and the "taste was amazing!" The staff's friendliness has also been noted, with one customer remarking that the lady who handed them their meal was "very happy to be there."
However, the restaurant has also faced some criticism regarding customer service. One customer reported a rude and unhelpful experience with a young lady at the drive-through, while another received an incorrect order. Despite these issues, the food itself has been described as meeting expectations.
