“All the things you enjoy about Starbucks, except the seating area is ultra tiny and doesn't allow for a quaint conversation or personal space.
If you're going to visit this location, plan for a day you can sit outside or use the drive thru and visit a close city park.“

“This place is a great spot for your morning coffee and breakfast items. Today I was amazed by how efficient this crew is. I came in around 8:30 am and they were dealing with a quite a few delivery orders ahead of mine. The baristas were very proficient, fast and very joyful, almost like they enjoyed being there (lol) Coffee and breakfast were good as always, but the service was exceptional. Keep up the good work!“

“Friendliest staff of any Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I go to this location almost daily and every single staff member phenomenal. They always have my order correct and go above and beyond to ensure customers have a great experience (and never a long wait even though the store is always busy). Today, I had the cutest little dog drawn on my cup. 10/10“

“I LOVE this Starbucks!! Most of the employees know me & Know what I order.I only wish 3 things.1. They had seats that had more Cushions on them. Cuz the seats are HARD!! 2. They should have & DESPERATELY NEED to make this a BIGGER Starbucks.3. Treat your employees BETTER & Pay your Employees MORE MONEY!!Meaning like $15.00 an hour.Otherwise the overall with Starbucks off of Highway 26 & Mustang Drive in Grapevine TX. In the same parking lot with 7-11 is.The employees are WONDERFUL!!!“

“Love the people here, love the manager here, place is always clean. I always get what I want made right. If these people with the bad review we're treated rotten it's probably because they deserved it. I've worked with the public over 30 years and I guarantee you that it's the rude ones or unhappy people that complain all the time. They're not happy when they arrive so there's no way they're going to be happy when they leave.“

I’ve had no issues and my drinks always come out perfectly- sometimes they will even recommend items for me to try that have failed to disappoint. “This is such a nice Starbucks for being inside a resort. This Starbucks is big, super clean and has amazing customer service. Full selection of beverages and food items. They also take the Starbucks rewards card as payment and let's you get those reward points. Plus to top it all off you can order your drinks from the Starbucks app and just pick them up.“
