“We stopped in yesterday and had a great time. Jill is beyond friendly and hospitable. Learned from Jill that their grapes come from Northern CA. Jill shared they have a lot of sweet wines but when I shared that I prefer a drier red, she recommended the tempranillo which was great. We ended up buying a bottle.

The winery is spacious - could easily accommodate a larger group. Comfortable seating. Will definitely be back!“

“Farina’s Winery & Café in Granbury was the absolutely perfect atmosphere for hosting & kicking off our son’s Kelly & his bride Kat’s wedding celebration in style … the beautiful, old-world traditional setting in the Castle Room was marvelous - chandeliers, wooden doors from a French castle, gorgeous armoire and grand piano – truly lovely. The Italian buffet was sumptuous … and the servers - they were exceptional … a special thanks to Mel Madalone for her guidance in the planning, organization, set-up and her wonderful style … an amazing, beautiful evening! “We love Silver Dollar Winery and Italian Bistro!!! it’s a must stop at when you are in Texas Hill Country! We feel it is the most authentic winery in the area!! “My wife and I live in Houston and we were visiting Flower Mound where we lived several years ago. In the mood for Italian food, we met some friends at Giro Pizza, a restaurant I’ve heard about for some time. We shared some appetizers, that included Nonna’s Meatballs that were generously served and delicious. I had the veal special and my wife had the cannelloni. The veal was spectacular along side the well seasoned roasted Brussel sprouts. The wine which comes from the owner’s family winery in Italy was reasonably priced and excellent (they also have a full bar) We topped things off with dessert and the traditional lemon cello. Whatever was left over we brought home to enjoy again the next day. The place felt warm, inviting and the wait staff was attentive, professional and friendly. If we still lived in Flower Mound, GiroPizza would be on our circuit of date night, dining out experiences.“

My wife discovered the place after we had already eaten an overpriced hamburger, but we didn't make that mistake on the return trip. So glad it is there. “Went there for the first time last night. It's a regular hangout spot for my boss and he took my husband and I for dinner and drinks. The atmosphere was real laid back. Almost like a lodge type feeling to it. Plenty of seating. TVs placed strategically to have a view where ever you sit. A banquet room for different occasions. There is a karaoke night and fun games played throughout the week where you could win some good money. The bartender was great. Very knowledgeable about the menu. We had a stuffed salmon with a garlic herb sauce that was to die for. Portion sizes were perfect. All cooked to order and hot upon arrival. A must try if you visit. I'm not sure about prices cuz my boss paid for everything but it was worth every penny. Looking for a chill place hang and meet some cool people, check out Ernie's in North Richland Hills. You won't be disappointed.“

“I had a small medical procedure today and a family member giifted us with dinner from Benihaha's in Las Colinas for my family and had it delivered! We enjoyed a family size order of combo chicken and steak with rice, veggies and salads! The food is amazing! Like always it came neatly packaged, still hot, and delicious! Thank you to my family member who gifted the food and thank you Benihana's Las Colinas for the great food! I don't like medical procedures much but this is a special treat afterwards.“
