“Just discovered this amazing place. I’ve always seen it but decided to try out. Had takeout and really loved the food. I got a buffalo chicken croissant and it was great. Takeout came with this amazing cookie and crackers, and a scoop of chicken salad. I thought it was a great deal. The young staff in the red was friendly as well. That cookie is like crack. Definitely coming back here.“

The woman taking care of me made sure all other associates were aware to change gloves and not cross contaminate (ex:use bottles of mayo instead of from the line) always a favorite in my house and will always come back!!“

“Ok so if you can find this place it's worth your time. Amazing food and the service and atmosphere are really cool. There was one really nice woman serving all the customers and she moved with the speed of a gazelle and the grace of a swan. I think swans are graceful right? If not then I apologize to the woman I'm mentioning and I take back all the nice things I've said about swans.Also they serve spaghetti and meatballs that are 9/10. Random but AWESOME!!“

“I've been coming to this location for 3 years now, but it wasn't until I met Jessica that I felt compelled to leave a review. Jessica is incredibly friendly and always greets everyone with a warm welcome when they walk in. She truly goes above and beyond—stopping what she’s doing to help customers and ensuring that everyone gets their orders promptly. Jessica is constantly attentive, making sure that no customer is left waiting or lacking anything. She’s a model employee who makes it an absolute joy to visit in person to pick up my order. Honestly, Jessica deserves a raise and so much more for her exceptional service!“

“We had a late lunch there. I believe his name was Steve, the gentleman who took our order and was so kind to let us know the best way to order what we wanted to save cost. He helped me and my mom, even gave us an extra cookie with our order. He was so nice and helpful to us. I was going to use our receipt to review but my mom misplaced it and we think it was accidentally thrown away.“

“First time I've been here, the atmosphere is nice and clean, staff was friendly and accommodating. I got the chicken bacon melt on a croissant with brocolli cheddar soup. The soup was tasty and hot. The chicken salad itself was good, I got the classic, but the croissant was stale, even after they toasted it, it was just dry, and hard on the bottom. Other than that, I like the fact they used real bacon that was crispy. And came with a little sugar cookie, and crackers which was nice too.“

“Good sandwich shop. I prefer it to subway. The full size subs are essentially two meals which is great as a value. Nothing special about the interior but what matters most is the food is good and the staff are cordial- quick and professional. Good place for when you just don't feel like making a lunch.

Parking: Free parking lot shared with adjacent businesses.

Wheelchair accessibility: On a first floor with no stairs. There is a slightly elevated curb.“

“This is the third time I have eaten at a Jersey Mike's. The first experience wasn't that appealing unfortunately. Was in the suburbs of Texas. Bedford to be exact and I vowed never to return. I'm glad I did! The one one 7th street just over the bridge from downtown. The service both times was very friendly and the simple cold cut sub was just what a sandwich should taste like! This time I bought the big Kahuna. Again, I have never been to Jersey but I am sure the would be proud to beat Philly, even if it was just in sandwich wars! ;)“

“I order from this location numerous times a week when I forget (or am too lazy) to pack a lunch to bring to work.. they are super friendly and their delivery drivers are on point.Sometimes by the time I get off the phone they are delivering less than 5 minutes later. The JJs by my house needs to take note. Food is always good and bread never stale. Just wish they would extend their delivery hours especially on weekends. If you don't call it in before 4pm they can't deliver.“

“Subway sent out MAJOR LEAGUE coupons to residents within the area recently. So 4 people from our company decided to all throw in on Lunch. When I made it there, I didn't see the sign that said "NO COUPONS".Therefore, the price for our order was almost double! The thing is, the cashier was apologetic, and pulled his wallet out to pay the difference. I refused, and worked out a different number for an inferior order.But the fact the the young Man was willing to help out should not go unnoticed. He worked the day shift on this day (12/15/22). Our country is better off with people like you! Thank you.“

BUT.... Be careful if you are using the Tap option when paying by credit card. The card reader transitions from processing to the tip screen super fast and a tip was selected for me before I had a chance to back my card away. I imagine this happens to many and they probably don't notice unless they check their receipt“

“Pot Belly recently catered a school team dinner at my home. Great to deal with, so helpful and arrived early. Kids loved the sandwiches and the Mac & Cheese. Thank you!“

“Shout out to the man, the myth, the legend, Matthew! He was the only one working when I had to place a large order. He didn’t even flinch when I handed him the 2 page order. He was super attentive, and clarified on confusing specifications. He got straight to work making the 14 or 15 sandwiches. He absolutely went above-and-beyond by labeling everything, and separating the orders according to the requests on the paper. I was shocked when he appeared next to me with the large order in his hands, and asked where I was parked so he could carry the order for me. Sandwiches were successfully delivered, and were all correct down to the smallest details. Needless to say, those sandwiches were toast after my crews got ahold of them. Again, major props to Matthew. He is amazing. We will definitely order from this location in the future.“

I have had a wonderful experience each time I have eaten here. Love that the menu online allows you to narrow your search based on food allergies.“

“Came in a few before my shift at work and it was pretty packed, with three of us to one employee. He was extremely fast and efficient. It took less than 5 for us to start ordering, and even less for it to be made. He was great in making sure everyone was well taken care of. First time was great.“

“I had to make a Walmart run and it just made sense to grab a bite to eat here. Plus, I always live Charley’s at the mall so it was worth a try. I see the other reviews but I didn’t have any problems. I was greeted when I approached the register. The cashier double verified with me all the toppings I wanted on my Philly. They brought my food out to me (maybe 5-10 minutes later). My sandwich was smoking hot with the cheese nice and melted. The 4 stars is only because nothing just wowed me over the top. The food and service I received were solid. A much appreciated addition to Walmart.

“This is one of my favorite sandwich shops. The sandwich tastes good, but the smoothie is also very good. Their staff is also kind, so I come here even when I don't use the shopping mall. If you're looking for a restaurant that tastes good while eating light, I recommend this place.“

“When we first walked in there was a girl stocking the fridge with drinks who was not very welcoming. A lady by the name of Lisa came out to attend to us. Let me just say she was very sweet! She had great customer service skills! We need more people like her out there because everywhere else nowadays customer service has gone out the window. Thank you Lisa for being so nice this evening. “The employee I talked to was so sweet. This location is inside Walmart. They just opened so the restaurant was clean. The cashier talked me into getting the limited-time kimchi cheesesteak and mango lemonade. I enjoyed both. If I’m in the area, I’ll drop-in for the wing's classic combos and $1 ice cream cone.“
