“We love everything about Jason's Deli. The NRH location is the newest for us to visit and close to home. We visited there on Sunday and the food was great as usual however, they have got to be courteous to their customers and not leave the overflowing stinky cleaning carts sitting in the sun near the tables. The smell at the back of the restaurant was awful so we had to move. There were a couple of mix ups with the order but they're new and learning so we get that and the staff were all friendly. Please make a spot away from the tables for the cleaning carts. We will return after they're more established.“

“No air conditioning at theTehana Ridge Fort Worth store today. No sign on the door, no explanation. Customer ahead of me in line said the a/c was out last week as well. Very disappointed-I always enjoyed in store dining here. The kitchen obviously had electricity- we could see lights. And the refrigerator was cold.“

As soon as I walk in, I am always greeted by employees but Janet is the one who smiles at me and knows my order now. My sandwich is always toasted exactly to my liking with just the right amount of toppings. 5/5 Janet is attentive and makes great sandwiches.“

I was scurrying up and down Blue Mound Rd Thursday night looking for just that right something to hit the spot. After passing all of the tired and boring Burger joints, to my delight i passed Jersey Mikes. I went in and ordered an “11, giant on wheat”my immense hunger obviously induced a brain fog because I don’t even know what that is.

I then noticed that the shift manager came from the back with a piece of equipment and began reassembling the slicer. I asked what time they closed and she said 9pm. I soon realized that it was 8;58pm and they had already began cleaning everything and shutting down for the night. I apologized to them all for coming in at the last minute and tried to cancel my order and leave.

She insisted that it was fine and proceeded to make my number “11”. After she sliced the meat and cheese and passed the sandwich over to the next employee , I realized that it was not the sandwich that I had actually intended to order, I was like sorry I meant to order a “13”. I asked what even is an 11 since it’s not on the menu. She smiled and piled on the additional ingredients all while explaining to me that they had a secret menu. OMG!!!! Mind-blown!!!

She was a sweetheart; she went above and beyond delivering exceptional customer service all while reflecting all of what I expect from the brand. I have been to few other places around closing time and have either been treated very poorly or told altogether that they were closed.

Eat here!!! I will be back and I just may have an order from the secret menu,“

“I want to start off by saying I am a super fan of Jersey Mikes subs! But I have to speak on the staff members Tre and Luis at this particular location. I am a picky guest when I come in there. Preferably I don’t eat meat. Only tuna fish when I shop there….and those two gentlemen are amazing when it comes to the customer service. Those men are so patient with me when it comes to me showing them how I would like my sandwich made. A lot of places I go, some may get a little frustrated with me on how picky I can be…but these guys are amazing and THEM TWO gentlemen alone will keep me coming back to this location and ONLY this location. I appreciate the service you guys provide! Very much appreciated! Them fellas need a raise!“

“This subway restaurant is good. There was mature white lady was working. Her service was excellent. I tried their cold cut specials which was $6.99 for footlong and i had their turkey Sandwich which was so awesome. Footlong will definitely fill you up. I would go to Subway for sandwiches only. Don’t try those salty chips or salads which i don’t suggest at all. Dining room was very clean and this place has a restaurant for customers which was great. check out my videos and pictures.“

BUT.... Be careful if you are using the Tap option when paying by credit card. The card reader transitions from processing to the tip screen super fast and a tip was selected for me before I had a chance to back my card away. I imagine this happens to many and they probably don't notice unless they check their receipt“

“This is one of the worst McAlister's I've ever been to. They serve disgusting & old bread, they mess up the simpliest orders, they have terrible customer service, and they mock and laugh at their customers in front of them. We will not be going back. I can't believe that they are still in business. Shocking. I ordered a pastrami sandwich on gluten free bread. The bread was as hard as a rock and I got one slice of SALAMI instead of any pastrami. When I called to have it fixed they kept me on hold for over 30 minutes. When I called again, the worker talked crap about me to the MANAGER and they laughed about it together, then hung up on me. I never even got to tell them what was wrong. My husband had to drive back to the McAlister's to have it handled in person. Horrible establishment.“
