“First, they had meatballs! My husband rarely gets to have a meatball sub for dinner as most subways are out. The 2 gentlemen that were working there were very friendly and helpful. My daughter kinda knew what she wanted but could only vaguely describe it. They understood what she wanted and according to her made the best sandwich she ever had! We will definitely be back! All 3 of our sandwiches were very delightful 😋“

“We have come to Cheba Hut with our family of five - my husband and I and our three lil kiddos - twice now and it has been the best experience both times. The food is amazing, the service is top notch and the staff is so kind and accommodating. Nowadays restaurants and their patrons tend to make families with young children feel like a bother and unwelcome — Cheba Hut’s staff is not that way! They were kind to my kids, spoke to them, made sure to ask how they wanted their food and even turned on a kids movie on the tv by our table…on top of it being the best sandwiches ever, these things are what will keep us coming back. Our three year old now asks to go to “Chee Chub” all the time. Cheba Hut is our new spot! 🤝🏼“

“We love everything about Jason's Deli. The NRH location is the newest for us to visit and close to home. We visited there on Sunday and the food was great as usual however, they have got to be courteous to their customers and not leave the overflowing stinky cleaning carts sitting in the sun near the tables. The smell at the back of the restaurant was awful so we had to move. There were a couple of mix ups with the order but they're new and learning so we get that and the staff were all friendly. Please make a spot away from the tables for the cleaning carts. We will return after they're more established.“

Jessica was working the register was lovely and super sweet. Herself and her coworkers were all moving and they looked be working together so well and we're cohesive in their work. I really liked their energy and they were welcoming to us and every single person who came into the establishment. Best customer service I've had in a while. Thank y'all!“

“I love Jersey Mikes already, but I had to come on here and rave about Trey at the Fort Worth Hulen location. It is rare that you see the level of customer service and just pure genuine human kindness that he exhibits.

More often than not, especially in the fast food service industry, you encounter apathetic employees who are doing the bare minimum and couldn’t care less about interacting with the customers or making someone’s experience enjoyable.

But this man traveled a decent distance to work in, what I would consider to be, still icy and fairly dangerous conditions and was working hard, smile on his face, interacting with customers, remembering their names, taking extra care of the elderly, and just genuinely making ordering a sandwich a more than pleasant experience and a bright spot in the day. I truly have never seen anything like it.

I know the franchise owner is named Trey, but I do not believe this is the same one. Not sure if this Trey is a manager or anything yet at this point, but if he isn’t, he without a doubt should be put on some kind of a corporate leadership track. He was amazing. If more people were like him, this world would be a better place.

If the owners are seeing this message, you should absolutely consider having a discussion with him about future opportunities.“

“I literally ate the best spicy Italian sub I’ve ever had. I wish I knew the ladies name who made it but she’s a little bit older black lady with grey hair. She was extremely nice and welcoming. I never comment on anything but the sub was that good. It wasn’t messy, proportioned perfectly and looked amazing when I opened it. You can tell she really cares about the quality of her work. You’re amazing, thank you!“

“Went in today with my mom and wife. Kaelynn, Cam, and Neveah were working there. They were very nice and approachable to us. My wife highly recommends having Cam make your sandwich because he always is great with his seasoning ratios. I highly recommend dining at this location“

“Restaurant was very clean and the staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. The manager was kind and professional, giving me confidence that my sandwich would turn out wonderfully. My turkey sandwich was made exactly how I’d asked and everything was placed perfectly on the bread with nothing spilling out like I’ve had happen at other stores. The proportion of mayo to oil and vinegar was wonderful and didn’t cause a mess. Will definitely be coming back to this Subway exclusively for my lunches from now on.“

“This is one of the worst McAlister's I've ever been to. They serve disgusting & old bread, they mess up the simpliest orders, they have terrible customer service, and they mock and laugh at their customers in front of them. We will not be going back. I can't believe that they are still in business. Shocking. I ordered a pastrami sandwich on gluten free bread. The bread was as hard as a rock and I got one slice of SALAMI instead of any pastrami. When I called to have it fixed they kept me on hold for over 30 minutes. When I called again, the worker talked crap about me to the MANAGER and they laughed about it together, then hung up on me. I never even got to tell them what was wrong. My husband had to drive back to the McAlister's to have it handled in person. Horrible establishment.“

BUT.... Be careful if you are using the Tap option when paying by credit card. The card reader transitions from processing to the tip screen super fast and a tip was selected for me before I had a chance to back my card away. I imagine this happens to many and they probably don't notice unless they check their receipt“

The workers were having a difficult time with being harassed by a customer repeatedly placing an order and canceling and calling and complaining. “This Jimmy John’s was an okay stop, but it didn’t really match the “fast” reputation. The sandwich was made correctly and tasted fine, but the bread felt a little stale and the fillings were uneven—one half had most of the meat and toppings. The shop looked clean, but the line moved slowly and the staff seemed a bit distracted during the rush. For the price, it’s acceptable when you need something quick, but it wasn’t consistent enough to be a go-to. I’d try it again, but I’m not in a hurry to return.“

“Went today and was super disappointed to see they're opened from 11-8 on Thanksgiving day. I come every Tuesday and have for a few years now since I work just up the street and these women and men work hard, they deserve a day to rest and celebrate their families; especially since regular business hours pick back up the next day. These hours leave absolutely no time for enjoiying the holidays with their loved ones and everyone deserves that. I'd also be willing to bet the owner will be at home with their family resting and enjoying his holiday, like seriously 11-8? What are they supposed to celebrate at 8am or 10pm? Be realistic and show your employees some appriciation, they help run the store day in and day out, this is not how you encourage your employees, it shows zero respect to them as humans. If you want the store open thats fine, but run it yourself and give your employees time off like they deserve. This is just pure greed and is incredibly off putting as a customer. Look at all the reviews, its praising the workers, reward them with a well deserved day off.“

“Shout out to the man, the myth, the legend, Matthew! He was the only one working when I had to place a large order. He didn’t even flinch when I handed him the 2 page order. He was super attentive, and clarified on confusing specifications. He got straight to work making the 14 or 15 sandwiches. He absolutely went above-and-beyond by labeling everything, and separating the orders according to the requests on the paper. I was shocked when he appeared next to me with the large order in his hands, and asked where I was parked so he could carry the order for me. Sandwiches were successfully delivered, and were all correct down to the smallest details. Needless to say, those sandwiches were toast after my crews got ahold of them. Again, major props to Matthew. He is amazing. We will definitely order from this location in the future.“
