The staff were all excited to discuss each menu item and list what they think we’d like.I asked about the spice level of the Cowboy Grinder and the employee gave me a sample of the Mayo and hot sauce to dip a chip in! “I ordered a veggie sandwich and I thought I checked no cheese because I’m vegan. I went to open up the sandwich and saw cheese as an ingredient so I went to ask did cheese come standard on the sandwich, and it did. I said, “ awe man I’m vegan” and the young man immediately said don’t worry we can remake it without cheese! I was so happy and delighted with the excellent customer service and kindness! “This is a local gem! The food is always perfect, the staff is always friendly, and you will always walk out of there happier than when you walked in. This is truly one of my favorite places to go. The only downside is the front door can be difficult to open (heavy), but the staff is more than happy to help you with it.“

“I decided to come here after a doctor’s appointment this evening (around maybe 8/8:30) & experienced some of the best customer service from a food place ever in life. I was greeted when I walked in.. Every crew member had smiles on their faces.. my order was made to perfection.. & the cashier was very attentive. He noticed the gauze band around my arm & made a light hearted joke, which I appreciated. After my order was done, he held the door open for me to exit. “This Lebanese, Greek and Mediterranean Restaurant is delicious. It's hard to find this kind of food as scrumptious. Ive tried to find other places as good closer to where I live but they don't exist. I'll have to make the drive but it's worth it. Customer service is exceptionally great. When I was pregnant, I couldn't get enough of this place. Now the two year old still loves his pockets and cookies. Since it's a healthier option I'm glad he likes it so much.“

“Today was my first time to ever eat from this restaurant. I’ve lived in Fort Worth for 30 years so I know it’s a local favorite. The few times I’ve come in to pick up deliveries for DoorDash. It has smelled so good.I don’t have a lot of money. In fact, I’m full on, broke and struggling, but I wanted a treat , So I picked up a 4 inch cheesesteak sandwich. I didn’t see what I was getting until I got home. This is got to be the smallest inch sub I’ve ever seen. I was too hungry and tired to drive back over so I ate it. It was tasty it just that I was able to get it down in two bites. $7.48 with tip I spent for this little thing. Very disappointed.**Update- I went in to the restaurant today to show them this picture. I asked if I could have a discount on another sandwich. They were very accommodating and gave me a 10 inch sub for the price of a 7 inch sub. I think their Philly cheesesteak sandwich is awesome. Very tasty! It was light hearted, but all found a way to connect. I don't expect this at fast casual anymore. I ordered under my husband's name, but I have a feeling if I went back in and all 3 were working , they would just say hey, welcome back. I was running errands in the area, but don't live in the neighborhood across the street anymore. “Subway sent out MAJOR LEAGUE coupons to residents within the area recently. So 4 people from our company decided to all throw in on Lunch. When I made it there, I didn't see the sign that said "NO COUPONS".Therefore, the price for our order was almost double! The thing is, the cashier was apologetic, and pulled his wallet out to pay the difference. I refused, and worked out a different number for an inferior order.But the fact the the young Man was willing to help out should not go unnoticed. He worked the day shift on this day (12/15/22). Unlike in Austin and San Antonio where many of the shops are connected to a gas station or modernized to the point of being an alternate self, if this makes since, this location is unchanged. “I order from this location numerous times a week when I forget (or am too lazy) to pack a lunch to bring to work.. they are super friendly and their delivery drivers are on point.Sometimes by the time I get off the phone they are delivering less than 5 minutes later. The JJs by my house needs to take note. Food is always good and bread never stale. Just wish they would extend their delivery hours especially on weekends. If you don't call it in before 4pm they can't deliver.“

“I had Subway when it first came out years ago and it used to feel the sandwiches I've gotten so used to Subway not feeling the sandwich if it's Philly steak or roasted chicken I really am vegan but every so often I break down but I'm only going to Harris hospital to be admitted we stopped off at the subway in Harris hospital. I was truly amazed I order a Philly steak the staff just piled it all on including olives and a few other little things onions and bell peppers and I would no matter where I'm at in this country I will come back to this Subway anytime that I crave a Subway and bypass on the ones that are skipping on everything but this Subway is the greatest in the world in Harris hospital otherwise known as Texas Health they are just fantastic and if they want to know anymore they can leave me a message here or give me they can ask me for my phone number I recommend this restaurant over any restaurant in the hospital District or in Fort Worth Texas I don't care what it is that Philly steak was the best sandwich to have eaten in over 40 years. By the way I had purchased some cookies too chocolate chip dark chocolate and the cheesecake cookie well worth the price.
