“Stumbled on this spot by accident, and so happy I did. I ordered beef and broccoli. It came with rice and an egg roll. I ordered egg drop soup separately, and it came with fried wonton strips. The soup was delicious. The beef and broccoli was super tasty. When it came out it was hot and tasted super fresh. The beef was great quality and cooked perfectly. The broccoli and carrots were just delightfuly tender and a little crisp. The egg roll was very good as well. My sister had lemon chicken, which I loved because the breading was fantastic. Normally I feel like the breading slides off and this one was crisp and a great texture. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be returning with more of my family and friends.“

“Best Chinese in San Antonio, family owned and family ran business making delicious quality Chinese food. I've been coming here since 1998 and it's always consistent in taste and quality. This isn't your mass produced heavily sugared sauce Chinese meals like Wok Inn and Golden Wok. The best Chinese hands down. I always recommend the Szechuan Beef, amazing!“

“They're...back! With a smile and gratitude on their faces. It was wonderful to see them both the man and the woman serving great Thai food again. They moved their truck from where it was by the building to the block where all the other food trucks are. She's always so generous with water to all the customers but on this day today she gave us complimentary three Thai teas and charged us for one. The food was excellent as always and highly recommend especially if you dont like pad Thai before like me but after I went to Thailand and then came back here it's only one I've really liked. We usually get the Thai fried rice, orange chicken and pad Thai with the Thai teas. Excellent and highly recommended!“

“When I want quick and delicious chinese food, Kings bowl is my go to! Especially for their lemon, orange, or sesame chicken. They are NOT stingy on their rice or meat! Even with the sauce it's always crispy! I love having leftovers for lunch. They are always super nice to me and greet me with a smile whenever I pick up for dinner.“

“This little gem has been my go to since they first opened. My kids growing up loved this place. They still come here too now that they are grown. My wife and I enjoy this pretty much every week! I love the fact you can call in your order and it is ready to grab and go within-10-15min. As mentioned by several other posts here the quantities are far more generous than any of the other locations I have gone to especially for the price! Great value. I love the fact you can also get the dinner special any time of day even during lunch time for a couple of bucks more and is plenty for 2 people to share. We love the cashew chicken and we have them make it spicy(they will add spice to any dish-kung pao style). We also like to add a bag of wonton chips for a buck. They go great with the soup or even by themselves and highly recommend the addition. This restaurant will continue to be our go to for tasty Chinese food.“

“Stopped by and discovered a delicious, family owned restaurant. I got a simple kids lemon chicken (as I wasn’t too hungry) and was pleasantly impressed by the flavor of the chicken and rice. The waiter was kind, I enjoyed my tea. Overall the price is easily worth the value of the food, service was great, and I will definitely be coming back. “The chicken/beef/shrimp fried rice was delicious. Unfortunately, it’s super unhealthy & will have you feeling shitty & groggy in the morning. It’s basically like a night of drinking, feels great in the moment, but you will be regretting it the day after. If you had the food here, you know what I mean. It’s a bittersweet tradeoff, but the food is good, in my opinion.“

“The food from this place is amazing hot and flavorful, but even more importantly the service that Kelly gives. She is so nice and fast and patient. You have another worker that to be very honest looks and acts a bit odd. I do not stop by when she is here I will walk right out. “I've only had their egg rolls. I just stopped in one day for a snack running errands. They are the best egg rolls I've ever had! The vegetables are firm, not mushy cabbage bits like a lot of places. Also, uniquely, there is a bit of cinnamon inside. Which sounds odd but is a surprising and delightful taste! (I had never heard of this before but apparently in some Chinese cuisine, cinnamon is used more often in savory than dessert foods). I am excited to try more of their foods.“

“I mean how can you go wrong with panda express. It’s your average Chinese food meal. I really enjoy the noodles and the fried rice in the orange chicken and everything in between. Most people go here and usually just get a bowl but I like getting the to go orders so if you’re just here for a quick meal then the bowl is perfect but I recommend the shrimp or the teriyaki and I usually change between those two with also orange again because it’s just perfect.“

Panda Express is the McDonald's of Chinese food. Their American Chinese cuisine taste much better than they charge for it.

They seem to do much of their business as take out rather than dine in. You can eat here, but I usually just take it home with me. That explains the three stars.

Go there with a friend or take some of Panda Express home with you...it's not expensive and it's a lot better than a burger!“
