“Our first time there and the experience was wonderful. It started with great service, by Rebecka. We chatted with some customers seated at the next table, who shared their secrets. Come before six pm and get the pizza rolls as appetizers. We came with the intent to get pizza but ended up getting some shrimp dishes, spaghetti and meatballs, plus chicken parm. All the dishes were great. This is our new favotite Italian restaurant.“

“Today we had an extraordinary experience thank to our server Gregory we mentioned to him that we were excited and celebrating life because our 4 year old went for her yearly MRI scans and came out NED. He went out of his way to put his team together to sing to our precious warrior with a delicious cake and candle, now she is 3 years NED. Food was delicious, cutomer service was excellent, I truly love the atmosphere and recommend it 100%“

“I went to dine-in with my family, and it was a wonderful experience. We didn't have a reservation, yet we were seated without too much of a wait time. The food was delicious, the drinks were refreshing, and our server was very helpful & kind. Definitely a place I can see us revisiting in the near future!“

“My husband and I picked Umberto’s for date night tonight and amazing is an understatement!! From the delicious fried calamari and rolls to the yummy eggplant parm and Umberto’s pasta,EVERYTHING was absolutely incredible!! The service was fast,friendly and on point!! Our server,Melissa,was so friendly and made sure that we were well taken care of!! “Excellent food. You can't go wrong with shrimp paisano. We arrived a little before 3pm, so we were given the lunch menu. My husband wanted a steak which is on the dinner menu. Waitress said the grill isn't fired up until 4pm. So we waited until 4pm to order his steak. Other than that little quirk, everything else tasted great“

Spoke with server about poor service and requested company contact, She declined and informed me that it wouldn’t do any good, because she was quitting. I frequently travel to the area and will have to find another Italian restaurant with employees wanting to work there and serve.“

“We ordered family style takeout and wasn't impressed. Almost $200 worth with no parm, utensils or mints. Yes, I asked for utensils and cheese. The bigger problem was the Baked Ziti had very little sauce. I should've taken a picture, but I had to whip up sauce. There might have been an 1/8 of an inch of sauce on top. Not even tomato juice in the bottom of the pan. Not great for a birthday party.“

“We were seated immediately (2 people), but then we sat there.... and sat there... Lucky for them, my traveling buddy is pregnant and reeeeaally wanted this pasta, or we would have walked out!
There was a sweet girl that came and asked if we'd been helped at which point someone else had nodded to suggest we HAD been taken care of. LoL All in all, we just giggled and waited.

“Such a great place to have lunch. We found this place several weeks ago. Great buffet of pizza includes a choice of salads. You can eat as much as you want. So many other options to choose from also if you don’t want the buffet. Very relaxing and great place to meet up with others. Staff is so friendly and willing to make your experience a good one. “Initially I went to grimaldis and waited for 20 minutes with no service. Mind you I only have 45 minutes for lunch. I walked over, was greeted immediately, given a table, ordered, had hot fresh baked bread come out to my table, my order followed about 5 minutes after! It’s delicious!the customer service here is beyond any of the other businesses at La Cantera!“

“It’s is very nice, but surprisingly quiet. The food was ok. I ordered chicken Parmesan and it would have been excellent, but it was cold. My husband and daughter shared pizza and wings and they were happy. The service was ok, but all the employees looked tired and ready for the day to end. I’ll give them another try earlier in the evening next time.“

“I pass this place every time I come to the mall because I like to park in the back because it's a shorter walk to one store I love. So today was the day I stopped by and grabbed some chicken fettuccine Alfredo it looked so good I didn't pass it up this time. I decided to get the large so it would last several meals for me because it's a huge serving. It came with a piece of bread I am unsure of what kind but ally food is super tasty, fresh, and very delicious. The portion showing in my own plate is maybe 1/3 of the serving I got. The service was super great Able helped me today and answered every question I had. He was kind and super helpful I truly appreciated the great customer service. Overall a 5 star from me will definitely eat here again.“

“One of my favorite restaurants, although it is a fairly expensive place for most of the dishes they offer, but the portion they offer is quite good for its price and there are accessories that you can order more than once and they always bring you the same amount and the flavor in most of the dishes that I have consumed is quite good, the flavor is very good so I highly recommend it and if you go on your birthday they give you the dessert that you like the most.

Vegetarian options: The salad is one of the best I've ever had.

Parking: Both in size, location quite good compared to other places

Kid-friendliness: I like that it is a quite family atmosphere, nice and quiet.“

“Great service start to finish. We sat outside and the spot is so amazing that there were many home coming high schoolers taking there pictures and raising the noise level to a slightly distracting volume. The food was elegant and excellent! I would recommend 10 out of 10“

“My car stalled right in front of North Italia in San Antonio at The Rim. I had my autistic daughter with me. I had lost my husband two months ago and I was in a panic and beyond stressed. I needed help pushing my car into a parking spot safely as my car couldn’t drive. The manager came out and helped push my car to safety. He offered us water or to make a pizza and I said no thank you that is very kind of you but we will come and eat inside while we wait for the tow truck. The minute I sat down, nothing but the best service. They were so understanding because of my daughter’s special needs and the stressful situation we were in that they were able to go above and beyond for us. My daughter calmed down and was happy. The food was really good. I am Italian and very picky as you can understand why, so I was impressed with the taste and quality. I for sure will be back! Sincerely, I can’t thank them enough.“

“Starting eating from Mattenga's recently and it's been a great experience. The pizza is consistently fresh and the ingredients taste of high quality. I pick up pizza from Mattenga's weekly and have never been disappointed. Mike, at the Callaghan Rd. location, is a pleasure to deal with. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the quality of the food they serve while always providing great service. This extra attention truly shows through in the food. Took my family who were visiting and they loved it. They are waiting to come back and go to Rome's. Thank you for keeping the food great.“
