“I have always enjoyed the food here and the service is almost always great“

“1 - Excellent food…fried pickles appetizer gone in 60 seconds; burgers were awesome; tater tots add beyond yummy…and stay crispy enough for next day breakfast ( because they give you a portion that you WILL have another meal) 2 - Speedy, friendly customer service…very attentive staff….we tipped well over the standard 20% because it was so good! 3 - beautiful, lively atmosphere…air coolers for outdoor eating, which we chose despite the heat/humidity Most importantly, I was an out of tower and this was my last meal with local family before flying out the next morning. Dumb a** me left my wallet at the restaurant and didn’t realize until getting ready to leave for the airport at 0830. We stopped by the restaurant to see if it was still in the outdoor eating area…nope. Luckily, ran into the contractor doing some work…he called the owner, the owner confirmed it was in the office safe. After hearing I needed to make the AM flight to DFW for connection to home, he dispatched an employee to go in on a planned closed day to get my wallet. This kindness allowed me to make my flight…what he didn’t know is this act of kindness was critical because I had a new job in-person interview scheduled for the next day. Forever grateful. THAT is customer service. Thank you so much! Tells a lot about the culture and dedication to customers. Keep up the awesome work…I will be back. Promise to keep better accountability of my wallet!“

“We had the Chef’s Table for our engagement dinner and it was wonderful and well worth it!! Felt like we were at a classy and romantic spot in a big city but it was in Waco!! Thanks to Graham and the whole staff for the hospitality and great service. Would come back again for a special occasion!“

“had dinner with my daughter at Cotton Patch in Waco, Destiny was our waitress. we had the chicken fried steak special and chicken fried chicken sandwich with fries and the sauce. dinner was really good, sweet tea was very refreshing nice and sweet with just a hint of lemon. Destiny was spectacular, very friendly, smiling, and very helpful. answered all our questions. would highly recommend.“

“Sweet tea had just enough sugar to be legally called sweet tea, but still tasted bitter. Service was a little lacking but not too bad. The food was decent, but it seemed to take awhile to come out, could be because I was with a big party. The chicken could have been fried for a bit longer tbh, the fries were excellent and you're given a lot of them. Not bad but I don't know if I'd ever pick this restaurant to eat at again.“

I have traveled extensively and eaten at many places. I have been very blessed to take pleasure in the most expensive, highest quality places and I have been forced to eat at some of the quick/kid friendly places as well!
One of the most important items to me is cleanliness. If the restroom is not well stocked and clean that is a cause for concern. If the staff are not capable of keeping the customers’ most used place neat and tidy, how can they possibly handle preparing my food and getting my order delivered correctly and promptly.
I also observe the host and wait staff. The hostess/greeter must be friendly and knowledgeable to win me over. The person holding this position can make or break the business.
I enjoy a menu with a variety of offerings. Our family will normally get an appetizer, main course and a variety of desserts. We enjoy a sampling of items. I usually take notice of the presentation of the food and try to post pictures when possible. Our family enjoys distinctive cuisines. We enjoy cooking together and it is fun to experience different food items at unique places.
I do believe that the amount of food served should be equivalent to the price.“

“Have you ever been walking down the street and see a place that looks interesting? This evening my wife and I saw the doors and stepped in. No we didn’t have a reservation and beyond excited to see they had a single open table. I make it a habit to ask the waiter what they recommend and let them plan my meal. Coby led the journey this evening full of excellent choices. I highly recommend this place for a very romantic dinner of conversation with amazing food and even better staff. We will be back!“
