Dumb a** me left my wallet at the restaurant and didn’t realize until getting ready to leave for the airport at 0830. We stopped by the restaurant to see if it was still in the outdoor eating area…nope. Luckily, ran into the contractor doing some work…he called the owner, the owner confirmed it was in the office safe. After hearing I needed to make the AM flight to DFW for connection to home, he dispatched an employee to go in on a planned closed day to get my wallet. This kindness allowed me to make my flight…what he didn’t know is this act of kindness was critical because I had a new job in-person interview scheduled for the next day. Forever grateful. THAT is customer service. Thank you so much! Tells a lot about the culture and dedication to customers. Keep up the awesome work…I will be back. Promise to keep better accountability of my wallet!“

“This is one of my favorite coffee shops. My husband always gets a specialty brew, but I opt for cafe au lait--perfect combination of coffee and milk. The only drawback is that the place is so popular that parking and seating can be a challenge. We always find places to park and sit, but I'm afraid that someday I may have to opt for take-out.

“First time trying 7 Brew. Stopped at this one before 7am on a Saturday. The guy that helped me was really nice. I shared it was my first time and he took the time to ask me what I liked to recommend drinks. I ended up getting an iced caramel macchiato that was delicious! He said he prefers it hot. Next day I went back and tried it hot too. It was delicious both ways!“

“Our family loves Cafe Cappuccino. The food is always delicious and the prices are super reasonable. The service is outstanding. My oldest has severe food allergies. This is the only place other than our own house and her Nonna’s house where she can eat pancakes safely. She is allergic to tree nuts and peanuts. They do have tree nuts in their kitchen but their chef is the best. They keep them separate. He cleans down the whole grill and makes sure it is safe for her. He even let me check the packaging on the batter to make sure it wasn’t in a facility with nuts. And the servers never sigh or look irritated when I tell them about her allergies and to make sure to let the kitchen know. They are always super nice and accommodating about it. That is not the usual experience at other restaurants. We have also gone several times with large groups of kids and they still are super sweet. I can’t recommend this place enough. It is our go-to place when we are downtown. If you haven’t tried it go because not only is the food delicious the people are fantastic. 💕 🥞 ☕️“

“I ordered, to go, the breakfast from there and it was so good. The eggs, the bacon, the potatoes, all phenomenal. I also got a slice of their banana walnut bread because I’m a sucker for bakery items. It was soft, moist and delicious. Usually anywhere I go, the bakery items are significantly dry, but this was perfect!

Edit to add: Just went back for the pumpkin bread. Please go immediately, it’s that good. Thankful for a place I can get actual good bakery items with my lattes!“

“I was blown away by this place. We beat the rush so we had a short wait. I didn’t have any coffee but I did like the mugs. I did have the Alaskan Arnold. Two patties of salmon, with a poached egg, on an English Muffin. It was savory, it was filling, but not heavy. It came with a side of Hasbrown Casserole. With the aid of a little salt and pepper, it was also fantastic. Our server was Sabrina, she did an excellent job!!“
