“I've actually eaten here several times in the last two years. I'm usually so hungry, I forget to take pics and do a review, most of my visits to this location was because I had family in the hospital and they wanted something other than hospital food.I've never been disappointed with them until yesterday. Let me explain: The food was great but the young lady that used to work the drive thru wasn't there, and the guy that took her place, although he wasn't rude, he also wasn't as friendly. He was in work mode though and as an ex supervisor, I would of been proud of him for that.As an aging, disabled woman, who doesn't get out of the house much, I enjoy getting to know people, when I do. So, a little disappointed with the lack of conversation before my food was ready. The last girl, who worked the drive thru, she was in her early twenties, had just moved in with her new beaux, had a bandage wrapped around her hand from a third degree burn she got from work. So she talked to me about the hospital and was genuinely interested in getting to know me too. That was nice, since I have a daughter her age.The only other thing I was disappointed with was when I got home and opened the bag, the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming. The sandwich tasted great as usual, once I pulled it out of that wrapper, which reeked of cigarette smoke. I'm allergic to cigarette smoke, so it made me start coughing. That's never fun. Other than that, the turkey bacon club was delicious, the tea was excellent and the jalapeno chips were awesome! ??I've never eaten inside this location, so I couldn't tell you many facts about it, but when I drive by the windows, it looks very clean inside.As hot as it gets in Texas, it's rare to find a restaurant, with good tea that hasn't soured. So a good, cold glass of tea, was what keeps me coming back to this location.I do wish they had one closer to my house. Both Schlotzsky's near me are over 10 miles from where I live. That don't sound like much, but in Houston traffic, 10 miles could take 45 minutes to drive. It literally took me an hour and 12 minutes to get there and back. That being said, they're worth the drive. Hope y'all enjoy the pics, and have a very blessed day!

Wheelchair accessibility: They have handicapped parking and a ramp to get up the sidewalk. I don't recall seeing automatic doors, so it would be advisable to bring someone with you to open the door, if you're in a wheelchair.“

“The young employees were so nice & they were working so hard. The place was very clean. The Cajun fries have the right amount of spice, not over salty. The large fries are enough for 2-3 people. We couldn't stop eating them!
This was my first visit to Charlie's. I will be back.“

“I ordered online for pick up. The pick up time was 10 minutes after I placed the order. I arrived at the designated time, but had to wait an additional 20 minutes before my order was ready. They were apologetic about the wait times and in their defense it was pretty busy at the time that I ordered/arrived. However I don't really see what could take so long about scooping ready-made items into a to-go container and handing me a cup to fill myself, so overall only a 4 star experience for me. I'll give them another shot outside of peak hours and next time I want a to-go order I'll probably try the drive thru, as it seemed that was moving quicker.“

“Sometimes not all employees really want to be making sandwiches even though the vegetables are fresh looking and all.If that sandwich you ordered isn't made with at least a little love it will completely fall apart if it ain't cut in half all the way bread tears off wrong making a mess get Xtra napkins with any type of ordered food is what I learned so I do just that .employees are great good job“

“It is the second time I come to this location, the 2 times I have come, I am totally satisfied with the preparation of the subway, the ladies are fast with excellent customer service, the place is small but with clean tables and floors, it is very busy now I understand why They are always busy, I highly recommend it and obviously it will be one of my favorite locations thanks to the staff“

“Better tasting productsMost subways have been blah and I quit going. But got a 6 inch it was good. I dont like the idea before I can use my debut card I felt pressured to tip. .if I wasnt standing in line employee putting my sandwich together I felt pressured. “Located inside the gas station. The day I went there was only 1 person working at the Subway. He was very nice and patient, even though it was non-stop for him. He managed to take care of it alone. I have 4 stars only because even though he was working by himself, he shouldn't have had too. Not sure where his other team members were, but he was doing a great job.“

“I recently tried Charleys Cheesesteaks and I was really impressed! I did the mobile order Once I submitted my order, it was ready within minutes—definitely faster than I expected! The cheesesteak itself was delicious, with tender steak, fresh veggies, and perfectly melted cheese all on a soft, toasted roll. The convenience of ordering ahead saved me so much time, and the food was just as good as dining in. Highly recommend Charleys for anyone craving a quick and satisfying meal!
