“Dining at Aki Sushi. I had a fantastic experience at Aki Sushi with my wife. We started with steamed dumplings, which were delightful. My wife had the tonkatsu ramen, a dish bursting with fresh flavors, along with the melt-in-your-mouth wagyu sashimi. I tried the smoked brisket ramen, a unique and delicious dish, and unagi with foie gras sushi wow !!! is all I have to say about that one. We also enjoyed a salmon skin roll, one of my favorites. The service was outstanding, with attentive staff ensuring a memorable meal. Aki Sushi stands out with their fresh wasabi ground tableside and fresh, never-frozen bluefin tuna. Highly recommend for anyone who loves sushi and ramen!“

“Went for the first time on Sunday. Upon entering, we approached the check in/ cashier desk. Wait staff were walking back & forth as we stood & no one said a word. No greeting, not we will be right with you. Not a word! One young lady ( Wish I would have gotten her name) she was sitting right there, preparing serving utensils. She did not say a word as we stood there. I've never felt so uncomfortable, unwelcome, & disregarded! Never! Finally, another wait staff that was helping over at the check out computer, walked over & asked the young lady who was sitting there to assist us! Still, not a word to us! The young lady stood up & with the worse attitude, she asked did we want to sit inside or outside. While I was asking my husband his preference, she rolled her eyes & and rudely asked , " Inside or out!? Again, I wish I had asked her name, but she appeared to be the youngest. Between being disregarded as we walked in & stood, and her attitude, I told my husband I was uncomfortable & wanted to leave! He pushed back & said let's give it a chance beyond this! So we stayed & were seated outside as we preferred. Then comes our waitress! What a pleasant surprise & she turned our experience around! We learned that she had not been there but 3 days or 3 weeks. ( I forget) her name is Amanda & she is pregnant. She's such a pleasant & nice person! We felt badly for sitting outside, because she worked so diligently. It was quite a walk in the heat, because we chose to sit outside on the pier that was a bit of a walk. Again, she was so pleasant & professional! The drinks & food are superb! From the oyster 🦪 appetizers, to the platters! Delicious! Some of the best seafood & side orders, ever! Truly! Drinks are flavorful, delicious, and they aren't stingy or scarce with the liquor. 😆 I would absolutely visit again, but truly afraid of the treatment, unless it's Amanda again“

“I frequently visit the vineyard when in the area, as my mother-in-law is a wine club member here. I've always had an enjoyable experience at this establishment. Today, we celebrated my mother-in-law's retirement from her career, as a teacher. The two bartenders were exceptionally friendly and provided excellent guidance as we selected wines. We thoroughly appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and outstanding customer service. ♡“

“I came to Mariah’s for New Year’s brunch and it was absolutely fantastic. The brunch buffet was executed perfectly, the chicken and waffles were bomb, and the seafood spread was impressive and fresh. Everything was well thought out and beautifully presented.

The service, as always, was excellent. Attentive, professional, and welcoming. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance of classy yet not pretentious, which makes it such an enjoyable place to relax and celebrate.

“WoW! Excellent find in League City. Definitely worth the drive. We tried the meatballs, fried cheese, fried pickles, and the fried lasagna sticks for appitizers.... We talked Austin into making a special sampler. For the meal we ordered the Detroit style pizza... Half meat lovers and half spicy cuparoni - double cut. Everything was delicious and Tristan took excellent care of us. We will be back!“

“Wonderful little restaurant in the Dickinson area! My husband and I shared the hunan shrimp and sesame chicken lunch special which came with the best wonton soup. The shrimp was perfectly cooked and the right temperature. My 2 year old daughter loved the sesame chicken and egg rolls. Our waitress was very friendly and the food came out quick! This has become a favorite regular spot for us and we’re going to miss it when we move out of state next month!“

“I have seen four bad reviews.I think they must be talking about another place.We started going there a little over two years ago.We eat there at least once a week,sometimes twice and not on ce was there a bad meal.They have had a little trouble with Chefs as the one who had been there a long time,who.drove from Galveston every daY, left early this year He was great.The other Chef who came was ok but not successful and did not last long and I do not know if they have another permanent Chef or if the Chef's assistants are doing it at the moment.Whatever the food is always good and plenty and they have 22 beers on drought and offers on drin ks and food every day.Food is served until 10pm every night except Fri and SaT when it is 11pm aNd they are open until midnight every day except Fri and SsturdaY when it is 1am.The staff are great and the Customers are great. We have made at least 20good friends and I mean Good friends who are now close friends ,since going there.If you want grest food,great.drinks,meet nice people,this is the place.I always saY there is always an ear that will.listen and someone to laugh with.I do not understand the bad reviews of whic h I saw only four going bac to20 21.This is NOT this place.“

“Omg my son’s boss told him about Kelley’s and we had never ate there. We had just got off our 9-day cruise & wanted some serious comfort food. Kelley’s definitely fit the bill. Homemade hand-battered chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes/gravy, fried okra, salad & fresh rolls! All servings were HUGE and delicious 😋 all for $16. I ate off of my lunch 3 times! We will def be back. Amanda was our server & she was on top of everything & great service. We were only disappointed that they were out of the Texas size homemade biscuits from the breakfast run. If you’ve never ate there before u gotta try it and u will be back.“

“I stop here every morning I drop my youngest off at school, their sweet tea is PERFECT and their hot and ready breakfast is amazing. I love love love the chorizo and egg tacos and the kolaches. The bbq loaded baked potato was to die for. The gas station has a small town feel where the people there actually care and make meaningful conversation. I love this place!“

“This is a restaurant that bought an old shut down fast food restaurant (Burger King or McDonald’s). One of those family owned restaurants where you know the food is gonna hit. It has a lot of charms about it.

There were 3 of us and we got 2 combos (fish and shrimp combo) and it was enough to fill all of us up. The taste was great and the fried rice was really good too.

The server was very polite and she brought out all the sauces and things we needed.“

“We order and eat here at least once a week. My sons favorite plate is here. Tonight I got charro beans and not refried and they forgot his cups. Anyone have picky kids by any chance? I called and the girl who answers, I asked to pick up the beans and chips tomorrow. Instead of taking care of these small little details she started telling me what I did wrong, I hung up. Do better business with your loyal customers. If it was me I wouldn’t mind but my kid literally has to have it this way to even enjoy his food.“
