Nightmare stay. Nonworking elevators. Stair walks up and down from the 11th floor. Received a note from staff apologizing for the elevator inconvenience and then passive aggressively blaming guests for the malfunction of all 4 elevators. No luggage carts available and no help with luggage. Terrible food. No room service as kept getting answering service. Front staff was not helpful in getting in touch with room service or letting me know if they were/weren’t operating. No daily...read full review

The wait staff, including Mrs Alma and Mrs Maria, is incredibly kind, polite, and helpful, always greeting guests with a smile and making them feel at home. Service is exceptional, engaging, and accommodating. The atmosphere is great, pleasant, and very comfortable, even when busy. For lunch or dinner, the burger, chicken sandwich, and Greek salad (with chicken) are great. Tea is served in a nice teapot. The bar, Axxis, serves food from ARA, and the bartenders are very friendly and knowledgeable. Every meal at ARA has been enjoyable, and it is as good as anywhere nearby.
