The place was lovely and the service was good. The food was average. I was expecting more.
Thanks to our waitress/sommelier, Mark and Sydney, our experience was outstanding. Food is great, wonderful selection and service incredible. The inside of the restaurant is much prettier but we chose to sit in the sunroom. Nice room but nothing special and that was our choice to sit there. We'll definitely be coming back and can't wait for better weather so we can sit outside.
Went for brunch over Houston restaurant week. Had smoked salmon tartine for appetizer and duck confit breakfast hash for entree. The smoked salmon dish was delicious, while the duck dish was misleading - could barely find a piece of duck in the whole dish.

The restaurant offers a fantastic atmosphere, with many unique menu choices and beautiful food presentation. The service is first-class, attentive, and friendly. Though the acoustics can be a challenge in the old building, the overall dining experience is highly recommended, especially for special occasions.
