“I previously had a positive review for this location however, today when I came the food took very long and when it arrived the chicken was hard as a rock. When I politely asked to have another burger made, the cook in the back got upset and made comments which was very unprofessional. I understand its fast food restaurant but we all must have a level of professionalism which was not demenstrated. I will never return here. I just dnt trust the food here anymore ?“

“Last night after leaving church, I stopped by Burger King and had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I was helped by Rafa, the cashier, and this guy is a hidden gem.

I had three kids’ meals to order — three double cheeseburgers, all with picky eaters wanting different toppings. Most cashiers would rush you or get frustrated, but Rafa was patient, calm, and handled it like a pro. He took the time to get each order one by one, repeated it back to me, and made sure everything was correct.

That kind of patience and professionalism is rare these days, especially late at night. Burger King, you’ve got a real one in Rafa. People like him are the reason customers keep coming back.“

“I have been coming to this location for many years. They have the best French fries of any fast food restaurant in this area. Today, I wanted to try the BBQ brisket whopper. I went for the $3.00 whopper Wednesday that I thought included the impossible whopper they said it included the king (I think) which is basically a veggie burger with no vegetables ? wasn't really wanting a veggie burger with no veggies but they did have the mozzarella sticks which is very nice. And hot and fresh with marinara sauce. I wish they'd bring back the original veggie burger that was $3.79 the impossible burger has so much salt and if you don't buy it on special is very expensive imo. But still greatly appreciate the non meat option.“

“Food is always fantastic, I have no problem whatsoever with the food or the professionalism of the employees that work here. But just so everybody knows, the inside of the store closes @ 10 p.m. It is falsely advertised that the store is open 24 hrs online, yet that applies to the drive-thru only. The inside is locked at 10 p.m. Otherwise, this is one of the best BKs I've ever been to. No lie, everything is made fresh. 5* all the way across the board!“

“Not terrible, but not great. I still don't understand why people want to sell you cold food. The onion rings were old and cold. Tasted like they've been sitting there all day.

The whopper was OK, but it was not hot and fresh.

The cashier was the happiest most polite woman ever.
Offered me a Burger King crown and that made me smile and i accepted.
Then the food came out an it was hot like 1990’s piping hot just right salt in fries burger was delicious. Sweet tea on point. 10/10 recommend was beyond pleasantly surprised.“

The young lady got me taken care of and I decided to stay and dine in. The interior was well maintained. The food came out pretty quick and I had an opportunity to callback a family member back home. At the time I visited this Burger King, it was after lunch. So, it was really quiet. I saw that Burger King offered a $7 Trio Meal on a window poster. If you want to utilize this offer, please be aware that you have to tell them BEFORE you order!

Walked in and was greeted by Norma. Told her I wanted to order the $7 Trio Meal and she immediately pointed me to the options I may choose from. Loved that 💕! Since I had never tried the Chicken Fries, it was one of the 3 items I ordered. I also ordered a medium drink and a Bacon 🥓 😋 Cheesburger.
As a my payment option, I told her I had a gift card which was readily accepted. No problems running it all.👍
This time I actually dined in and just enjoyed my little meal in the clean lobby.

“I got lost on my way back from work due to blocked roads and a dead cell phone, but the kind staff here lent me a charger and showed great understanding and patience. My food was ready quickly, and I didn’t want to overstay my welcome.

“Got done what I set out to do for the day, but was getting a little hungry. And I really wasn't in the mood for veggies and such. I wanted beef. So, I decided to pull into this Burger King. Flame broiled beef! That's what I wanted!
Basically no wait at the counter. Davian was on top of it! I ordered a Bacon King Meal and substituted the regular drink with their Pineapple Pink Lemonade. That was delicious 😋!

“Fantastic, outstanding, clean ,quick, fresh ,peaceful, spacious, top quality & well organized. This location is great ! They have very clean restrooms and the lobby is amazing. They have a clean fountain drink area and the music was very calming. I enjoyed my food it was fresh and everything was perfect. The cashier was smiling and friendly. I really think everyone should know this is by far one of the best Burger Kings in the city. If you are in the area this location is great for relaxing to eat ,maybe see TV or study . First, the ham, egg, and cheese croissant—oh mama. That flaky, buttery croissant hugged my taste buds like a long-lost aunt who always smells like fresh laundry and unconditional love. “This place used to have the worst staff and service. We went often and believe it or not fights always broke out. They were always between the staff tho and behind the counter. Unbelievable. HOWEVER, now they have this very lovely and apparently effective manager working there. Not only does she always look fly, but the service and the food have improved by leaps and bounds. Great place to go.

Surprisingly the manager who was working drive thru was super friendly, she was so spot on with the customer service. She even let us know the holdup was them fixing us fresh fries.
