“I previously had a positive review for this location however, today when I came the food took very long and when it arrived the chicken was hard as a rock. When I politely asked to have another burger made, the cook in the back got upset and made comments which was very unprofessional. I understand its fast food restaurant but we all must have a level of professionalism which was not demenstrated. I will never return here. I just dnt trust the food here anymore ?“

“Last night after leaving church, I stopped by Burger King and had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I was helped by Rafa, the cashier, and this guy is a hidden gem.

I had three kids’ meals to order — three double cheeseburgers, all with picky eaters wanting different toppings. Most cashiers would rush you or get frustrated, but Rafa was patient, calm, and handled it like a pro. He took the time to get each order one by one, repeated it back to me, and made sure everything was correct.

That kind of patience and professionalism is rare these days, especially late at night. Burger King, you’ve got a real one in Rafa. People like him are the reason customers keep coming back.“

“Usually we don't come here but we had just got back from my husband working & we decided to stop here on the way home. Surprisingly the manager who was working drive thru was super friendly, she was so spot on with the customer service. She even let us know the holdup was them fixing us fresh fries. She gave us a large fry just for the wait. I only gave 4 stars because I didn't get the mustard I asked for on my burger so it was dry. Otherwise everything else was perfect. The burger was even fixed very neat. If the experience could be this way everywhere, eating out wouldn't be such a debate on where to go. I wish I had gotten her name. “Everytime I pull up through the drive thru they are always on point the two gentleman always greet you with very positive attitudes very enthusiastic. My order is always correct and the food is so fresh. The only Burger King you’ll find me going to.“

“I recently had a truly positive experience at Burger King that I wanted to share! I visited during lunch hour, and was pleasantly surprised that the restaurant wasn't overly packed, which made for a quick and efficient visit. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience very pleasant from start to finish.

I placed my order through the app, and it was ready super fast – a real time-saver! The food itself was fantastic; my Whopper was made fresh and tasted delicious, and the cheesy tots and chicken fingers were perfectly prepared. It's clear they prioritize freshness and quality here.

Beyond the food, the restaurant was remarkably clean, including the restrooms, which is always a huge plus. There was also plenty of free parking available, making it very convenient. I went for the $3.00 whopper Wednesday that I thought included the impossible whopper they said it included the king (I think) which is basically a veggie burger with no vegetables ? wasn't really wanting a veggie burger with no veggies but they did have the mozzarella sticks which is very nice. And hot and fresh with marinara sauce. I wish they'd bring back the original veggie burger that was $3.79 the impossible burger has so much salt and if you don't buy it on special is very expensive imo. But still greatly appreciate the non meat option.“

Offered me a Burger King crown and that made me smile and i accepted.
Then the food came out an it was hot like 1990’s piping hot just right salt in fries burger was delicious. Sweet tea on point. 10/10 recommend was beyond pleasantly surprised.“

But just so everybody knows, the inside of the store closes @ 10 p.m. It is falsely advertised that the store is open 24 hrs online, yet that applies to the drive-thru only. “Fantastic, outstanding, clean ,quick, fresh ,peaceful, spacious, top quality & well organized. This location is great ! They have very clean restrooms and the lobby is amazing. They have a clean fountain drink area and the music was very calming. I enjoyed my food it was fresh and everything was perfect. The cashier was smiling and friendly. I really think everyone should know this is by far one of the best Burger Kings in the city. If you are in the area this location is great for relaxing to eat ,maybe see TV or study . Let you children enjoy the clean play area. They treated me very well and whoever trained the worker needs also to be recognized. It isn't easy having a perfect running restaurant. Wonderful attitude, asked all the right questions and made sure everything was just the way I wanted it. “This is actually a solid Burger King. If you frequent Burger Kings, you know how location by location it can be. This is a good one, just don’t go right before they close. Double Whopper with cheese, large onion rings with Zesty Sauce. Can’t go wrong.“

“Had a small list of items I wanted to get from Lowe's, besides filling up. (I usually plan my errands.) And I wanted to use a gift card to Burger King that I bought.

At the time I visited this Burger King, it was after lunch. So, it was really quiet. I saw that Burger King offered a $7 Trio Meal on a window poster. If you want to utilize this offer, please be aware that you have to tell them BEFORE you order!

Walked in and was greeted by Norma. Told her I wanted to order the $7 Trio Meal and she immediately pointed me to the options I may choose from. Loved that 💕! Since I had never tried the Chicken Fries, it was one of the 3 items I ordered. I also ordered a medium drink and a Bacon 🥓 😋 Cheesburger.
As a my payment option, I told her I had a gift card which was readily accepted. No problems running it all.👍
This time I actually dined in and just enjoyed my little meal in the clean lobby.

“I stop by this Burger King 2 or three times a week between 7-10 pm. Every single time service has been exceptional, the staff has always been courteous and polite, the food has always been hot and there has not been one time that the staff has not said ' have a good' night before I leave!

The people that work there are very nice and they take care of whatever you need in a very timely fashion. “This place used to have the worst staff and service. We went often and believe it or not fights always broke out. They were always between the staff tho and behind the counter. Unbelievable.
