“I love this particular Charley’s!! They food tastes great, they are friendly and my food comes as I expect it. I have tried other Charley’s in the area and back in Chicagoland area and this is my favorite!! Came in today and DeMarcus made today a great experience, very friendly, ensured food was correct and when people have great service it makes you want to come back time and time again and spend your money. Wish more places understood that concept.“

“Charley's came to my life extremely randomly, I have never heard of it until today! I was in Walmart and just got done with doing inventory at all three of my properties, I currently manage in Houston, and I saw this restaurant in the Walmart that I had never seen before. The pictures looked delicious, and I just had to try one of their cheesesteaks. The Walmart I frequent in Atlanta has a Subway inside of it and I'll be honest I am not a fan of Subway, I was starving while shopping then suddenly I was overcome with joy because I got to try a new place.
When I got to the register there was no one in line so I was taking my sweet time making my choices, I ended up going with the classic cheesesteak and a real blueberry lemonade, the cashier was really young and we had a casual conversation while my food was being made.
I got my order and I was so hungry I decided that I was going to eat right then and there. The space was really big, they had plenty of tables and chairs, they actually had a cool backdrop and throne you can take pictures on! It's really cool to see. If I had someone with me, I would have taken a flick.
The food was tasty, I honestly don't know if it was because I had not eaten all day, and my taste buds were heightened, but my cheesesteak tasted a bit salty. Again, in their defense, I worked out and played basketball all day without eating, so that could throw my taste out of whack. With all that being said, the food was good, very filling, I do believe I received an adequate amount of food that I paid for, and that is always something to smile about. Next time, I am going to try their chicken and one of their milkshakes.“

“I had a large order and the cashier helped me because it was my first time ordering here. I had never been to this fast food place. My employees recommended it. All the workers were very friendly and they got my large order correct. I had no issues. My employees said that the food was delicious. I would highly recommend this location. “The second I walked in, I knew I was at home. Me and my friends we were welcomed with open arms, a feeling I have never felt. As I ordered my food, The cashier John took my order but not only velocity but excellence, never had I experienced that. The second I tapped my card, my food had arrived, all down to perfection of course, the reason being, that the Manager Mia oversaw my food. As I took a bite of it i felt at peace, my whole body ascended into heaven. Words and start could never express the perfection and satisfaction both John & Mia brought to my Charley’s Philly Steaks experience, I certainly would come here once more.“

“Born and raised in the Philadelphia area I know what a good cheese steak & hoagie is! I eaten Primo's many times when I visit family in South Jersey and I am so happy to have them here in Houston, less than a mile from my house! Every sandwich we've gotten here has been great and the customer service and interactions have been phenomenal! I would highly recommend you try everything on the menu, as everything I've eaten so far has been great! My personal preferences is to not have prosciutto on my Italian, so when I order it I remove it, but other than that it is an amazing sandwich! The Philly cheese steaks are some of the best I've had other than in the Philadelphia area. Some places around here try to do good but they're nothing like Primos!
While they are a little bit more pricey, as a Primo's Perks member you can get many discounts and they also offer specials throughout the week. Bite the bullet, pay the price, and have a fantastic meal!“

“Catering order review.

They knocked it out of the park. These sandwiches were really good. The Nonna’s veggie sandwich tasted like eggplant Parmesan and may have been my favorite. I appreciated that they kept the veggie ones separate from the rest. The sandwiches were nicely packaged and condiments were nicely packed and appreciated.

Would highly recommend for a catering option. My event started at 11 and I was able to pick up at 10 (no delays). They were super easy to work with.
