The staff is so polite and friendly.
I am not ashamed to say i go to chick fil a at least four times a week various of locations this by far is one of the worst order ahead still wait twenty minutes and it’s only when Cely at work yes i know the mangers shift leaders names that’s how often i go please do some kind of training or hire more people at this rate I’m giving up and exhausted I’m tired of calling customer service i mean i only called once but still live up to the other locations...read full review

However, some customers have experienced issues with inconsistent orders, including missing items such as sauce. This location has amazing service, with a worker creating a perfect service. They offer refills out to tables and are very polite and attentive. Customers are greeted with "welcome in" and attendants walk around to check if anyone needs refills or more sauce. Food is standard, fresh, and served with smiles. The drive-thru can get a little long and slow, and there was an observation of unsanitary practices with a worker wiping a cup.
