Out of town 1st time visiting. Food was excellent except we ordered chicken and no bread was included. Just our opinion bread should come with chicken. It was seasoned excellent. Well worth it. Customer service on point. Atmosphere a little dated possibly could use a makeover otherwise decent. We will be back.
You have to get there early. If you don't you will wait in line. Chicken is perfectly seasoned and fried. I've never tried the fish. I will have to ask next time. Or the desserts. ? I might have to try that too.

First time eating here and I will come again. The customer service is not the best, they don’t greet you while you enter but it’s very busy so it’s kind of understandable. The workers do their best to get orders out in a timely manner. The chicken is flavorful, fresh and crispy. The fried okra is crispy and flavorful and the best I’ve ever had. The rice and gravy is okay, the gravy is flavorful but the rice was a little hard like it wasn’t fresh.
