Best pupusas in Houston, Came to try it out after getting recommended here from a friend who would come back in the early 2000s. Been coming here since February 2026 best place to have pupusas. I stop by every time I’m in town
Very tasteful food & personal service.
Smells and we asked to change a drink and the lady didn't do it. Bottle was not even open.

The cheese and loroco pupusa is tasty, but could have more cheese. The cabbage (curtido) has a slight spicy kick. The restaurant is known for serving traditional Salvadoran food that locals enjoy, with very affordable prices. Parking is easy, and the place is wheelchair accessible and family-friendly.
Recent visitors appreciated the good pupusas revueltas and the pan de pollo, though some miss the traditional cabbage instead of lettuce and steamed veggies on top. Many look forward to returning for breakfast plates and seafood soup with crema. Some noticed that the cheese used in the pupusas has a different flavor than expected, but overall, the food remains great value. Service can be improved, as sometimes staff do not return after serving, and the cream with the corn tamal could be more flavorful.
