I recommend that they stop serving old hard fried chicken wings & large thighs w/all that fat on ToGo orders so when U drive all the way home you're stuck with a bad order. I bought 3 orders Fifth Ward Specials $36.60 & 1 Red Bean w/Rice + 1 Macaroni w/Cheese $6.69 which was not good at all. Tasted old & we don't live very close by but my church is near by & does a lot of business with Frenchy's but for me & mine we will not do business with Frenchy's. Today I had an issue with customer service but after speaking with manager he took care of the situation I got my fish fry the way I like and my wings was very good I love the way the manager step up and took care of the situation I will be returning and love the fish and chicken. I got 3 pieces fish platter and 6 wings was very good to the order. Good job as usual.
The chicken is really tasty. One student from Lamar HS who works there did a great job for us, really friendly.
