Food-Great. Atmosphere-Clean and decent. Customer service-The Absolute Worst! I walk in to order dinner at 7:45pm and find the place empty of customers, with only two workers, visibly eating behind the counter. I politely ask if they are open (the open sign was on BTW). Their answer was "KINDA." HUH?!? They said they kinda close for online ordering during this time and to wait a couple minutes. If I could give zero stars I would. We called at 8 to make sure they were still serving and was told yes. We got there at 830 and the door was locked and we were told they were closed already. 30 minutes early.

By far the worst subways I have ever dined in. Now I work in retail so I know how it is when dealing with customers or under stress. But the Hispanic guy with the pony tail, big guy, is very unprofessional. 1st off he got my food wrong because I had a online order. Gave me the wrong bread and I asked in the notes to only toast the meat and cheese and he toasted everything. And luckily u checked my bag before I left because I was missing a item.
