“Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great. The 11pm team seemed completely lost and unprepared. They were out of multiple items, including curly fries, and I was given a smaller drink than what I ordered. When I questioned it, I was told they ‘don’t have those size cups,’ which honestly felt deceptive rather than transparent customer service. Just be upfront with customers instead of trying to pass it off unnoticed.”
Curly Fries were old and cold
Place looked great to me. Newly designed on the inside. Clean. Food was FRESH. Just like any other jack in the box. Appreciate it.
