The braised lotus root, baiye tofu, and pork ears have good flavor and texture. I’d probably skip the seaweed and dry bean curd next time. The duck tongue was okay, though I was looking for a bit more 'bounce' in the bite.
Solid wuhan cuisine, duck product is fine but not outstanding
This is the real Chinese taste, the same taste I had in China, unforgettable.
