I enjoy Katz's 99% of the time. July 4th 2023 around 4:30 pm. I was going to have a late lunch by myself, and was informed I needed to wait for a single table to be free. There were several open tables and this was unexpected and unacceptable. I have worked retail for over 50 years and MONEY, in the door is better than Money that may come in to your location. service was slow and food was not great. Sorry but the eggs Benedict was like a couple hard boiled eggs-
the Turkey, ham and cheese omelette was lacking of any taste. Finally the they charges an 18% tip over my 20% tip because i had 5 adults and 1 -3 yr. old and did not bother to mention it.
