I've tried to support this chain but it keeps disappointing. Sylvan Ave location has the worst staff. Nothing is available, staff is inattentive, and food is not as good anymore. Im always rushed as if they're closing with hours left before actual closing. Looks to be the culture from the rest of these reviews
Total of 6 bacon Q’s ordered over the past two days and every one of them was made incorrectly. Most missing bacon!! And all were cold. So done with LTC
Stopped into the location in Dayton TX off 90. Order 5 breakfast tacos the lady making the tacos was very rude and the food was not good. The potatoes tasted old and the beans had a burnt taste. If I could give no stars I would.

Laredo Taco Company is a very clean place with friendly staff and clean restrooms. The attached taco shop from inside the building has AMAZING food and prices. It is a hidden gem for breakfast tacos with ingredients that are always fresh and delicious. The favorite is the combination of picadillo and beans taco, highly recommended when traveling by road. However, service and quality can be a hit or miss. The food is usually really good, but sometimes the customer service is not on point. When it is super busy, staff may ignore customers or walk off. Expect to wait maybe 3-8 minutes, as workers may stare without acknowledging orders. The tacos are meh at best unless spiced up at the unkempt salsa bar. Cashiers can also be a hit or miss, sometimes glued to a cellphone. When the pumps are broken, expect a long wait or go elsewhere. It is growing popular, so allow about a 10 minute buffer for tacos.
