About McAlister's Deli

McAlister's Deli offers a variety of food options, including the popular chicken tortilla soup, which pairs well with fresh chips. The service is prompt, with staff members like Christian providing a calming presence in busy situations. The restaurant can become very busy, especially on Sundays when only a few staff members work, but the employees maintain professionalism and kindness. For example, during a busy Sunday, the staff handled the rush efficiently, with the cook helping run food and making sure all customers were attended to. Despite the busy atmosphere, each table was kept clean, and food was served hot, fast, and delicious. Guests also appreciate the helpfulness of staff, such as those assisting with apps and providing courteous service. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with positive sayings on the wall and good lighting. Sometimes, there may be delays with food delivery, but overall, the staff's professionalism and the quality of food make the experience enjoyable.
