Came to subway this morning to grab subs for the boat right at 9AM. There was a very sweet employee named Debbie there who made me 15 sandwiches very nicely and quickly! I was a bit nervous because it was a lot of sandwiches but she was prepared with all the ingredients and was ready to go. Best customer service I've ever received at a subway! Thank you Debbie.
Unfortunately this is the worst Subway we have ever visited. We have been here four times over three years and every time it is the same story. First, they are often out of ingredients, especially in the evening! On Sunday we stopped by. Turkey? Nope. Tomatoes? No. Lettuce? No. Not until tomorrow! This has happened to us twice before at this location. Second the staff is usually distracted, dismissive, and very slow. Third, the place is often dirty. I bought a FL turkey on wheat for my senior Dad, he was disappointed, not enough turkey and the bread was overly toasted, hard to chew. Dad kept saying it tasted like old bread. We have gone to other Subways and there is always plenty of turkey on the sandwiches and the bread is not overly toasted and dry.
