Ordered at the drive thru and asked to pull up and wait, went in 20 minutes later for a refund. They had forgotten that I was waiting. Will not return to this location.
Today I visited one of your locations (14450 Memorial Drive Houston Texas 77079). While eating my meal a cockroach crawled out of my burger. I contacted corporate who got me in contact with the franchise owner. She called me back I explained to her what my experience entailed. She offered me a combo meal. I would never eat from a McDonalds restaurant again. I have been extremely sick since this transpired. I would really like someone from corporate to contact me immediately. This...read full review
