It was great, but kind of slow and they finally gave me my stuff after waiting for hours. They just need to make sure I don’t miss a hash brown the next time I come on my way back to Dallas to go home.
The only reason it’s getting a three is because Stephanie at the front counter made everything better after being forgotten about for my food for 15 minutes at the third window and then I go home and half of my food is still not there the manager tried to put me to the side, but Stephanie was trying to make it right. She should be out at a different McDonald’s.
They need to be more efficient, twice I have gone at 5 am and either is the merchant machine not working or the system is not working and they can’t sell no breakfast or coffee . Not sure what’s really going on , I taught they were short staff but then when you go by and look Inside there is like 4 or 5 employees in there . So please management find out what’s going on that early when they suppose to be 24 hrs or open early .
