finally we have a favorite hot pot once again. the wife and I have been to different hotpots all over the city ever since the one we would go to in katy closed. but just did not find the broth spicy or tasteful.my wife and I love spicy broth and the spicy broth here is great. flavorful and spicy. we had the lunch buffet

I have had better. The price is almost as high as other restaurants that offer ayce, but the quality of the dishes is not there. The beef tongue is not cleaned properly. There are big blood cloth on every piece of the meat. The fried rice is pretty oily. The beef tendons are a little bit old and have the weird beefy smell with it.

I was very excited to try the new all you can eat menu here! It was my first time dining at Niu Jiao Jian, and I had a great experience! The staff was super nice and helpful. They took time to explain the AYCE menu and how to order. They had a great variety of seafood, meats, veggies, dumplings, etc. I highly recommend!
