So freaking good! The oil splash noodles are fantastic! Quick, nice service even though it was slammed. Will definitely be coming back!
Great taste. The owner was too busy but absolutely nice person. The food was slightly adjusted from authentic Northern China taste to adapt preferences of foodies from all regions but absolutely kept the essences of the northern style.
Traditional Chinese breakfast. So good, quick and reasonably affordable.

The oil splashed noodles, beef noodle soup, and pork cabbage dumplings are highly recommended. Although the interior may appear dilapidated, the food is cheap and delicious. The staff, including the hard-working owner, provide decent service despite some inconsistencies, especially during busy hours when the restaurant seems seriously understaffed. Visitors should expect longer waits, as it can take a while to place orders and receive food, particularly during weekends. The restaurant is small with few tables, making seating tight. Nevertheless, the hand-pulled noodles are remarkably chewy, fresh, and served piping hot, and the youtiao is super crispy and golden—considered the best by some. Prices remain very affordable, and the chili oil noodles boast a perfect balance of chewy texture and flavor. On the downside, the service flow could be improved by preparing and serving items in smaller batches instead of finishing one group's entire order before starting the next. The sweet soy milk tends to be watered down, and some dishes like the pan-fried buns can be a bit bland. Overall, Northern Pasta is a must-try for those seeking a satisfying meal, especially if not in a rush.
