While our plane was boarding, and we were 10ish minutes away from the terminal, my wife insisted that we wait for the lo mein noodles to be ready. We then proceeded to run across the airport to find our gate. Awaiting the resultsEdit: The noodles and sweet fire chicken were pretty amazing, but the fried chicken I ordered with my kung pao chicken was some of the worst fried rice I’ve ever had.
We stopped by this Panda Express for a quick bite before taking a flight. The servers were working very quickly, serving a steady stream of customers as quickly as they arrived. It only took us 5 minutes to get food, but we did have to repeat our order several times because the workers were serving multiple people at once and kept forgetting what we had ordered.The portion sizes were medium sized relative to other Panda Expresses that I have been to. Are you really hungry while passing through Houston airport? Go to Panda if you like succulent food. The restaurant serves quickly and has a generous selection of Chinese food. There are tables next to it and there is always a place to sit. It's worth it for those who are hungry and have little money in their pockets.
