The service is fast and friendly, with staff willing to assist. Additionally, Pappas Bar-B-Q has a variety of dishes, such as BBQ chicken with sides, and a must-try peach cobbler.
The slicer makes a difference, as some orders may have few thin slices and some inedible charred ends. However, the counter help is great, the sides are good, and the iced tea is very good. The assistant manager, Alex, is known for his hospitality, kindness, and attentiveness, making sure to address any issues and provide an exceptional customer experience.
While the BBQ at this location has been consistently excellent in the past, a recent visit was disappointing, with the meats being a little cold and not as tender as before. The customer service also lacked warmth and enthusiasm, making some customers feel like they were inconveniencing the staff rather than being valued customers.
