My wife and I ordered a pizza on 4/7 at 5:08 pm and it is now 6:55 PM and we still do not have our order. My wife has been on hold with the store for 55 minutes and still no one has answered. Online help was contacted and was zero help!!! We haven't ordered Pizza Hut in over a year and now we know why. No customer service help and the store has still not answered. Our order has been out for delivery for an hour and still not here. I want my money back!!!
DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! WORST PIZZA HUT EVER!!! I wish I would’ve taken picture of how disgusting my pizza came last night, so I could share how this Pizza Hut conducts business. It didn’t even seem like it was cooked. And to top it all off when I called I was very rudely told that the GM (some guy named Tom) doesn’t allow refunds?!
