Tried The Pretzel Maker inside Willowbrook Mall (it’s connected to Great American Cookie). I’m a pretzel fan, so I had to give it a shot even though I’m not as familiar with this chain.
The line was long but moved quickly. We ordered a regular original pretzel, pretzel bites, and lemonade. The food was great & the manager was super nice & hardworking.
I don't see why people hate on this place. They take a while to bake but they bake these pretzels fresh it's worth the wait I think everyone is just upset they couldn't get 10 pretzels down their throats in £a matter of seconds.
