Great place to try out authentic Tujia (土家）cuisine and ordering the steamed fish head with chili was memorable. The fish head is massive! The flavors of everything we got were delicious. Went for Tujia cuisine at noon and ordered the lunch special, 3 dishes, stir-fried pork liver, twice-cooked pork with garlic sprouts, Kung Pao chicken, the pork liver was cut very thin, very tasty and tender, and the other 2 dishes were also good. This restaurant is a surprise. I will probably go here to try other dishes next time I go to Chinatown. I recommend it.
