“I received a coupon in the mail but unfortunately was having trouble using it due to the system claiming it had already been used/expired. Itzy generously helped me out with my little problem ? and provided me with the best sandwich I have had in years!!! She is so sweet and even went as far as to offer me recommendations. “These folks really take making your sandwich to a whole new level. From the minute we walked in to the time we left we were treated great. Super friendly staff and a good clean bright store. “The poor guy working was overwhelmed, understocked and too young to use the deli slicer. I ordered online and expected to run in and grab my order quickly as the app said it was ready. Instead I'm told they're out of many ingredients including flatbread and the volume of online orders was insane because they wouldn't get to mine for ~2hrs. I just took a refund.

“9105 W. Sam Houston Pkwy store is by far the best Subway in my area! I go everyday for 2 subs and I am always greeted with a smile and the freshest bread always! The store is always clean and the workers are always so nice! I even drive past other subways just to come to this one! Absolutely the best!“

“My family and I go here all the time and they are always friendly and professional even. One time a kid accidentally knocked over their mom’s large drink and they didn’t sweat it, cleaned it up quickly, and we’re still nice to a kid while having other customers. “I really feel that Subway has upped their game. If I would've posted a review a few years ago I would not of given at such a high star rating based upon all the competition from other comparable sandwich shops. But in my Pinyan at the time had better quality ingredients and better service and just an overall better ambience in the restaurant. But again as I said to Subway has upped their game. They are a better price point the most competitors and in my opinion only a notch below and quality and taste. Definitely out on alternative to mix it up with other sandwich shops“

“The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming; they made me feel at home and treated me like family. The service was fantastic. Every table and counter was immaculate and extremely hygienic, and the atmosphere was excellent. “I work nearby and order at this subway at least once a week. I’ve been doing that for over two years. Ana and Mary are the best sandwich makers ever! Not only that, they are kind, patient and forgiving. (Sometimes my order can try anyone’s patience:/ ) But I know what I like and so do they. There are other subways in the area but this is my fav. “Everything with my.visit today went very good. Everything was fresh and the ladies were in there working hard. The women were nice & polite. The lobby was clean and so were the restrooms. I usually find something that gets on my nerves or just wasn't right but this time was perfect. The bread was fresh as always and all the vegetables were fresh too. I enjoyed some tea while I was there. The restrooms are accessible by code which the ladies had no problem giving it to me. I didn't encounter any issues and I appreciate the fast service. I'd say one of the best Subway locations I have been to lately.“

“They always have all the meats and veggies stocked when I go, and I never walk to see a line usually 1 or 2 people not like 5 so i love it! Its convenient right by my house and you can buy your chips straight from the store so it's cheaper than buying them from the actual subway since its inside the store. I just dont like that the soups have been microwaved I love me some soup but if you dont get soup it's no biggie. Customer service is good to I've never had any issues either.“
