Itzy generously helped me out with my little problem ? and provided me with the best sandwich I have had in years!!! She is so sweet and even went as far as to offer me recommendations. “This is the Best subway in Houston?❤️?? the vegetables looks fresh, the store and restrooms are clean. The staff can speak English, Spanish and French, Romain. The women’s employees here are friendly and Gorgeus. I will definitely keep coming here.

“In search for Happy Gilmore cups and after trying several locations with no luck, I tried this smaller location in the northside. When I tell you the manager and his welcoming attitude sold me, I was happy they did have them at his location! Make sure you ask for Julio when at this location loved his customer service!! 💯“

Its been a long day.. so me, my mom and my daughter stopped in to get dinner for 5 of us because we're just too worn to cook tonight. James and Nicc were working today and we're the best employees we could ask for. They really turn this place upside down. “Martha was great as soon as we walked in, she greeted us was happy to serve us. The subs were done to perfection with love!!! We had stopped at a different location but left because the employee was not pleasant as we walked in she was already in a bad mood, so we decided to drive a little further and it was so worth it!“

“The poor guy working was overwhelmed, understocked and too young to use the deli slicer. I ordered online and expected to run in and grab my order quickly as the app said it was ready. Instead I'm told they're out of many ingredients including flatbread and the volume of online orders was insane because they wouldn't get to mine for ~2hrs. I just took a refund.

“I’m not embarrassed to say me and my husband have Subway pretty frequently. We both work long hours and Subway allows us to eat well while still following our dietary needs. Maria, always helps us out! She’s always so kind, and at this point, knows us by name and always greets us with a smile! “OK so last night we decided we were going to go grab some subway after leaving the park next-door. They were about to close and there is only two people working one guy in the back and a young girl in the front. She was the sweetest thing ever! I wish I could remember her name and I will come back and edit this if I could find the receipt and I wrote her name down on. I will say that she had two tattoos that were outstandingly well done one on each arm and long black hair and a piercing. She was just a bundle of joy and good vibes. My son is a very particular eater and I hate taking him to places where he hast to make decisions about workers on his food because it takes him forever to choose. She was so good with him and had everything done and wrapped and ready to go in minutes I was shocked. The food was probably some of the best I’ve had. She made suggestions on things that went well together that are not on the menu and surprisingly they went very well together I now have a new favorite way to make my sub club. I have not had good experiences with the way restaurants in the past is that the one just right down the road at 1960 and 249 behind the 7-Eleven is probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a fast food place. They were just horrible and it really turned me off from subway as a brand. But this young lady reaffirmed why I originally fell in love with subway so many years ago. To whoever the manager is at the store I just want to say good job. The store was clean the food was fresh everything looked pristine the only problem I saw in the entire store was that it was out of sweet tea and lemonade but that was probably due to the fact that it was the end of the day and it wouldn’t of been worth making another batch when y’all were about to close anyway. I did that perfect dining experience thank you and thank you to your team that was working on September 19 at closing time.“

“I really feel that Subway has upped their game. If I would've posted a review a few years ago I would not of given at such a high star rating based upon all the competition from other comparable sandwich shops. But in my Pinyan at the time had better quality ingredients and better service and just an overall better ambience in the restaurant. But again as I said to Subway has upped their game. They are a better price point the most competitors and in my opinion only a notch below and quality and taste. Definitely out on alternative to mix it up with other sandwich shops“

“I watched one of the ladies here get absolutely verbally abused by a customer. To the point where I almost said something. But she was so good and calm and professional. You couldn't even tell this person was bothering her. I wish I had that kind of control. This happened Feb 28 2024. Please show this to the two girls who were working.“

“I work nearby and order at this subway at least once a week. I’ve been doing that for over two years. Ana and Mary are the best sandwich makers ever! Not only that, they are kind, patient and forgiving. (Sometimes my order can try anyone’s patience:/ ) But I know what I like and so do they. There are other subways in the area but this is my fav. Try the breakfast black forest ham with egg spinach tomato and onion and light mayo and mustard. Ana and Mary have it down pat.“

“Went in the day before and ordered 8 sandwich trays (120 3" sandwiches), 8 dozen cookies and drinks. Food quality was good. Everything was ready and the requested time. “Everything with my.visit today went very good. Everything was fresh and the ladies were in there working hard. The women were nice & polite. The lobby was clean and so were the restrooms. I usually find something that gets on my nerves or just wasn't right but this time was perfect. The bread was fresh as always and all the vegetables were fresh too. I enjoyed some tea while I was there. The restrooms are accessible by code which the ladies had no problem giving it to me. I didn't encounter any issues and I appreciate the fast service. “I love this location. It's 24hrs, they actually have really good pizza, and my favorite "sonic style" soft crushed ice. The staff are all nice and welcoming ESPECIALLY the night shift manager. He's the best.

“I always go here after octopharma, today I got a free 6 inch sub, and I get my tokens to get my $2.00 off. I walk from the plasma center do NOT wait for number 10 Metro... that bus runs on its own alternate universe multiverse schedule. You are better off walking and then catch #4 to the hospital transit center after you go to subway. The subway is always clean and they are always cleaning, I always use my app and the food is ready waiting for me to pick up.“

“They always have all the meats and veggies stocked when I go, and I never walk to see a line usually 1 or 2 people not like 5 so i love it! Its convenient right by my house and you can buy your chips straight from the store so it's cheaper than buying them from the actual subway since its inside the store. I just dont like that the soups have been microwaved I love me some soup but if you dont get soup it's no biggie. Customer service is good to I've never had any issues either.“
