Amazing! After an awful experience at another ice cream store located in Post Houston earlier in my visit (see previous review), Aaliyah changed all that. She let us taste a couple of different ones before making our decision. Turned out to be the best ice cream treat I have ever had. I highly recommend the pistachio. We will for sure be back for more.
An absolute must-visit at POST!
If you are looking for the best dessert spot in Houston, this is it! The Paleta Bar offers incredible handcrafted paletas with endless ways to customize them with different dips and toppings. The pops themselves are made fresh with actual fruit, and it is great that they have dairy-free options available too. The service is fast and friendly. A fantastic addition to the city and worth stopping in for a treat! Highly recommend!
While traveling through the area, I decided to stop by The Paleta Bar and are so glad I did! It was such a fun and unique treat during my trip. There were so many flavors, dips, and toppings to choose from, making it easy to create something that felt completely customized.

Based on the reviews, The Paleta Bar is the best paleta spot in Houston with the best paletas. The paletas are fresh, creamy, and full of flavor, not your average popsicle. There are so many flavors and toppings, and the Dubai strawberries are one of the best. The mango paleta was insane with a perfect mango flavor, like a perfectly ripe Ataulfo mango. The unicorn paleta was delicious. The service and experience are great, with a sweet and kind employee offering samples. The vibes are super clean and welcoming. It is the cutest little sweet treat spot, perfect for a sweet craving or a cute dessert date.
