The Ranch offers a great dining experience with a unique atmosphere, especially during events like the Houston Rodeo. Despite being busy, the staff works efficiently to seat guests and provide excellent service. The food is good, with dishes like ribeye, sausage platter, Mac and cheese with bacon, Brussels sprouts, and loaded mashed potatoes. While the restaurant can be expensive, many guests feel they are paying for good quality food and a neat vibe. The staff, including the servers and the weight staff, are often praised for their superb service. However, on the last day of the rodeo, some items were out of stock, and there was a misunderstanding about the closing time, which was earlier than expected. The staff threw away leftover food because of the late arrival, which disappointed some guests.
