Had the Hawaiian steak and prime rib sandwich. Both were excellent.
Service is great and the food is always consistent..We usually sit at the bar area sometimes there is a bit of a wait during dinner time but the service and food makes up for it
It was my first time at Hillstone, and I ordered the cheeseburger and fries. Everything was fantastic. My server was Reagan, and she suggested the aioli sauce which paired well with my fries. All the food was hot and served quickly, and the cappuccino at the end was a nice touch. Definitely want to go back for more menu items!

Hillstone offers a consistently excellent dining experience with great food quality and service. The restaurant is well hidden by huge trees but has good parking and a valet. It has a classic feel with a crisp, clean interior, dimmer lighting, and a healthy buzz, making it a popular spot for business lunches. The booth seating is nice with high backs, providing a sense of privacy. The wait staff are smartly turned out, very efficient, and attentive. The food is always so good, with generous portions and beautiful presentation. Specific meals enjoyed include the GRILLED CHICKEN SALAD with field greens, jicama, honey-lime vinaigrette, and peanut sauce; a perfectly prepared Filet; the French dip made with prime rib; and the Ruby Star Salad. The food came out in a reasonable time frame and tasted good, though some feel it is a bit overpriced for the quantity. The ambience cannot be beaten, and it is a favorite place in Houston for over 30 years, always a 5 star experience.
