Tuong Ky is a solid spot for rice platters and other Vietnamese dishes. I've enjoyed the food though oftentimes the service can be improved.- Bot chien or pan fried rice cake (3/5): comes with egg and sour soy sauce. The portion is very similar to other places. The rice cakes weren't very crispy and the sauce wasn't very spectacular. This was the first place my Viet friend took me to when I visited her in Houston. Their specialty is com tam (broken rice) so it was delish and spot on in terms of authenticity. The kids ordered shrimp fried rice and brisket & meatball pho. Both were good but I thought the broth was a bit sour. Still, it was better than pho that I got back in Denver! The place was clean and service was fast. There was also ample parking.

One of my favorites for traditional rice dishes! The place is relaxing for a family outing or a quick meal. Staff was attentive and the portions is very filling for the price. I definitely recommend this place!
