“As a child, I remember that my parents would stop here every time that we drove to Weatherford. I looked forward to stopping and getting a chocolate shake. It's been many, many decades since I was that child; however, this time, I was a grown man who was hankering for a good shake with an equal hunger for nostalgia.Parking: It's a former carhop restaurant, the tyqpe of place where a carhop (server) both takes your order and delivers your order while wearing a pair of skates. Today, the carhops are gone, but the carport/awning remains the only place to park. Now, to order, you must exit the vehicle and place your order at the walk-up window, return to your vehicle and wait for someone (not on skates) to deliver your order..“
“My hubby and I went here a day before the Peach Festival. There was only the option of vanilla, chocolate, peach and one other flavor but the amount of the ice cream in the buckets were either half full or almost empty....which was depressing. I know the festival was the next day and the ladies told us they were getting ready for it , but still. You should have more flavors out. I got the waffle cone ice cream. The ice cream itself was yummy but the cone was very stale. I would've been more happy to have gone to a grocery store to buy a gallon of ice cream and would have felt better about the price. I give a 4 star bc the ladies were nice, the store was clean, and the ice cream was decent but I wouldn't say terrific. Myhubby and I were eating the ice cream and decided right then we wouldn't go back.Hope this helps the owners..“
“I got a cherry snow cone with some add-ons. The cherry was good but wish it was wild cherry. It could have been more bold. Also had some white ice. I guess the cherry flavoring didn't get everywhere it was supposed too. Pretty good. I will be back to try other flavors.“
“Our food order was served in a timely manner and it was all delicious, cooked perfectly. They have very affordable prices too. The DQ associates were very nice and friendly. I would highly recommend this particular DQ Store to all my friends and family.“
“A Hilarious Duck Tale at Crumbl Cookies!Review:⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Imagine my delight when I ordered cookies from Crumbl Cookies in Hudson Oaks, TX, only to have them delivered by none other than 'Donald Duck' himself—or, as we know him, Mitch. In the aftermath of a Super Bowl bet gone awry, Mitch strutted into Crumbl donning a humiliating Donald Duck costume that was nothing short of hysterical: a puffy white bottom, brilliant yellow tights, red bow tie, and comically large webbed feet that slapped the floor with each step. With a duck bill strapped to his face and a bashful yet good-humored twinkle in his eye, Mitch was the embodiment of a bet well paid. The staff at Crumbl were in on the joke from the moment he waddled in, ensuring that his embarrassment was as rich and layered as their famous cookies. They cheered and cajoled, making certain that every customer shared in the joy of Mitch's feathery fiasco. It was impossible not to laugh along as he attempted to balance his dignity with the undeniable cuteness of his fluffy, duck-like derrière.But the true cherry on top? The team insisted that Mitch make a comeback for an encore performance, much to the delight of everyone present. It wasn't just about enjoying the sight of a grown man channeling his inner waterfowl; it was about the promise of more joyous moments like this one, all thanks to the light-hearted spirit at Crumbl Cookies. To Mitch, the sport, and to Crumbl, the stage for this unforgettable scene, I give five stars. For anyone looking for a scrumptious treat served with a side of laughter, this is your spot. Thanks again to the team at Crumbl, I do hope they invite Mitch back for another pick up!!“
