“I found this restaurant on TikTok. It had excellent review. However, I arrived at the restaurant at 9 AM and did not receive my brother until 10:03 AM.. I thought for a minute why would take it so long to order simple pancake breakfast and blueberry waffles. Everything came out well except my Sister food came out cold - blueberry waffles so they have to redo her blueberry waffles. The waitress Aaliyah was excellent. Very sweet professional and a great personality always smiling. The Service of getting the food needs to improve - an hour is too long.“

I’m currently writing this as I finish up the meal I just purchased from here and let me just say, I’ve been to many Hartz locations and this one is by far exemplary compared to all others! The food was fresh and hot, great portions, no hesitation with giving condiments, great communication, short wait times on food, and to top it all off… the CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS DEFINITELY THERE! “The BBQ chicken is so good! When you dip or pour the fresh salsa that goes with your meal, it's so yummy!

You can eat it with mash potatoes and gravy, or the rice soaks up the gravy, and you just want to eat more!?
It also comes with titiyas wraps, that you can create a burrito, then dip in the fresh salsa! It's yum-hmm good!???♥️

“This is some of the worst service I have ever had I was ordering through call I tried to order a Caniac combo with a box combo with the kids meal for my three year old son. His name is Geraldine. Yes Geraldine you got a problem with it. Take it up with my manager B word the point is this was some of the worst service I’ve ever heard she had the audacity to hang up on me while I was ordering my food if I ever catch you lacking in the street is on site little girl.“

“I was craving a piece of fried chicken and a roll. I hadn't had fried chicken in months. I asked for a leg and a roll but I only had a debit card to pay. To use a debit card the order has to be over $5.00, I believe it was. So, I got 3 pieces of chicken and roll. I ate 1 and the roll and gave the other two away. It was sooo good. Customer service was great!“

“They were super busy, the food was not up to par, but it was tasty. I approached the manager and told him that i felt that the food could have been a better quality for being the dinner rush. They quickly gave me a refund but also stocked the steam table with fresh food. Their service is awesome and their quickness to fix the situation was very fast. I appreciate this and will be returning because they were all very friendly and amazing.“
