“Food seemed tasty, as expected. Only knocked off starts because originally asked for some specific condiments with order, then they were not in sacks. When red button pushed and i asked for them, the person said "I got you", but no one ever brought items.“

We came in wanting to order a large birthday cake for my son’s 8th birthday, and she went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. Savannah was patient, attentive, and truly cared about helping us create something special. “I just want to give a huge shout out to The Yard milkshake bar in Georgetown. I ordered a big ol ice cream and I didn’t read the description correctly. It was on a slide show so I tried to read it like 3 times to make sure. Well I didn’t like it. I was just going to just throw it away and not say anything but the manager came by and asked how come I didn’t eat it and I told her. Well she ended up bringing me a whole other type of ice cream that I actually liked to make sure I had a good experience there! That’s what you call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
